First, I was disappointed to learn that they don't sell kringles here, so the business name is mis-leading, especially when Christmas is spelled as Kristmas. Ok, now that I got that off my chest, let me tell you hiw cool this store is! There are two levels of everything you will need to decorate your house for Christmas, as well as a lot of great gift ideas. They have Christmas trees, figurines, items to build your own Christmas village, Advent calendars, ornaments, customized ornaments, and anything else you can think of. I asked a volunteer (a short blonde woman) where the men's restroom was. When I didn't understand her vague instructions the first time, she repeated the same thing in a loud, sharp, irritated voice. In the past I have also witnessed volunteers gossiping about customers, saying unkind personal things, in whispered voices they didn't think people could hear. I appreciate the hard work most of them do and the FRIENDLY ones. I just think some of these "church ladies" need to adjust their attitudes a bit. We probably won't visit here again anytime soon. Maybe it would help them to realize that many of their customers visit for PLEASURE and not out of necessity. Today's visit definitely "killed the vibe" for us.

Out of nowhere, an older middle aged man walks up to them, who is a manager in this store, I think his name is Jeff. Well he walks up to the group of sales associates who were working hard and screams at them to hurry and finish up the section they were working on. He was extremely rude towards them and belittled them. My SO and I were shocked at how demeaning he was. I can't imagine working at Kohls with a manager like him. We were so disgusted that we left our cart full of merchandise and left the store. We will not spend our money at a store that employs monsters like him!

Sometimes I may have multiple pick up orders and that gets confusing. But the staff members in customer service are so patient and friendly, and do their best to help me. That keeps me shopping at Kohls, even though I drive 40 miles to shop there. The quality of Kohl's merchandise keeps me shopping there. There only thing that frustrates me at times is managing all the different offers for discounts via shopping on line. I'm not always sure if I am indeed getting all my cash awards, etc. But it is the only way I can shop these days, and I appreciate the fact that I can do this at Kohls. I also find check out staff at checkouts very helpful and friendly, often having a nice, personal comment to make. That is not an easy task, considering the volume of people they serve each day.
