Out of nowhere, an older middle aged man walks up to them, who is a manager in this store, I think his name is Jeff. Well he walks up to the group of sales associates who were working hard and screams at them to hurry and finish up the section they were working on. He was extremely rude towards them and belittled them. My SO and I were shocked at how demeaning he was. I can't imagine working at Kohls with a manager like him. We were so disgusted that we left our cart full of merchandise and left the store. We will not spend our money at a store that employs monsters like him!

Sometimes I may have multiple pick up orders and that gets confusing. But the staff members in customer service are so patient and friendly, and do their best to help me. That keeps me shopping at Kohls, even though I drive 40 miles to shop there. The quality of Kohl's merchandise keeps me shopping there. There only thing that frustrates me at times is managing all the different offers for discounts via shopping on line. I'm not always sure if I am indeed getting all my cash awards, etc. But it is the only way I can shop these days, and I appreciate the fact that I can do this at Kohls. I also find check out staff at checkouts very helpful and friendly, often having a nice, personal comment to make. That is not an easy task, considering the volume of people they serve each day.

There will be some people that gripe about the prices you pay at frame shops when you can buy cheap frames at the Walmarts of the world, but good framing with high quality product that won't fade, degrade, or damage your art, over time, does not come cheap, but it is well worth it. If you've spent good money on a piece of art it deserves to framed well, and they do that here.
