In late August of this year, we had an upstairs toilet water line break loose for a few hours before it was found. When it was found, the water was pouring out of our Kitchen ceiling and Dining Room ceiling below. Water was "ankle deep" upstairs. Needless to say, sheetrock upstairs, flooring and even some furniture damage was evident. Downstairs it was a complete catastrophe. Between the Insurance Adjuster and the General Contactor we personally chose, the damage was almost $200,000 and were expected to be out of our home for 4 months and through the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Well, our GC and his subs made it a GLORIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH NOT ONLY QUALITY WORKMANSHIP, BUT THEY DID A COMPLETE REMODEL OF OUR HOIME UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS IN JUST OVER 2 1/2 MONTHS.
