His team was professional and she was super happy and still is now. For my home in the Austin area, Scott has come out and checked my roof after Hail here in Cedar Park. Both times he said the roof was good. This past time June 2023 it was not. Scott worked with us, helped us through the process. This week, he had his crew out, and he was on the roof and around the perimeter himself. It's a pretty good sized project, but we got high quality, and very good work done. The roof looks excellent, and they did a very, very good job getting the perimeter looking better than when they came, and checking on my neighbors to make sure nothing fell over a fence. I go into the attic after and immediately hear air leaking heavily and find in coming from the coil box along with water literally POURING from the coil box, down through the box below, down all the wiring next to the circuit board and pooling in the bottom!!! Advised him of low air volume and low temperature in the house no matching thermostat. Old school values, fair pricing, and competence!…read moreMarch 2022 I had Southwestern Roofing and others bid on a large project to replace decayed wood and replace old, dilapidated siding with Hardy Plank, upgrade gutters to larger size, paint and caulk the outside of my 2-story house and rebuild damaged wood and siding around chimney to prevent rain leaking into that area. Southwestern was the only bidder who presented a professional folder stating all the services were available through them including manufacturer's' information for top grade material they used. It included BBB, Manufacturer's, and customer review letters -all were top notch rated for a business that has been active in our communities for decades. BBB was A+. (Other bidders were F's or unrated but with serious complaints of taking money and not completing work). They provided their in-house professional construction, gutter, painting, and general contractors assessments of damage and needed repairs for a one-page final estimate and were easy to work with details, suggestions, and options. All were pleasant, thorough, attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and extraordinarily accommodating. I felt safe when they were around with respect to me and my property. The construction began promptly on the appointed date and the teams worked tirelessly from early morning to late in the evening to complete all the work in a few days, stopping only to keep me informed of any needed changes or confirm open estimate items- items that could not be known beforehand but estimated prices were already on the estimate before work began. They all smiled frequently as they worked and seemed to really enjoy doing their work and pleasing the customer. The workers were friendly and if there was a language difficulty, they would quickly get another employee who could clarify the conversation to speak with me promptly. Before painting they power washed the whole house and driveway. Then painted first by spray and then a brushed and rolled on coat to assure good coverage. Again, the team was friendly, professional, and used quality products. They were happy to fix and or remove outdated items from the house. The painter cheerfully came back after it was completed to remove an overlooked item or two and to do some extra items we had agreed to after the initial plan. The gutter team was also prompt, professional and accomplished their installation quickly. They came back to address a small concern I had and adjusted the problem I had been concerned about. The best part for me personally was a door to the garage that stuck and was difficult to open all the time and no one had been able to fix it properly. Frank, the supervisor, personally fixed it so it opens and shut easily. It was a halleluiah! moment after years of suffering the inconvenience! Southwestern Roofing is highly recommended by me and other my senior citizen friends that I have referred to them. They are delighted with the work and the customer care they received. I called a few companies, and Adam's Roofing was the only one that actually took time to explain what might be going on instead of immediately trying to sell me a full roof replacement. They came out when they said they would, did a very thorough inspection, took photos, and walked me through everything step by step so I could actually understand the damage. What I appreciated most was the honesty -- they told me my roof still had life left in it and recommended repairs instead of pushing for a new roof. The crew was professional, cleaned up completely afterward, and the repair looks great. Since then we've had heavy rain and zero issues. Communication was solid the entire time, pricing felt fair, and the whole process was way less stressful than I expected.
