The food was quite good and exceeded my expectations! The bowling game screen effects were fun and could be changed to suit the games mood. These little things go a long way. When I say clean...the bathrooms are checked hourly, the kitchen which you can see from the lanes is perfectly clean no extra grease falling off the hood or back splash. Sodas fountain is clean no visible stuck residue. And then the shoe rental area, lanes, and balls are all sanitized between customers. Just impressed me. Even the arcade...which you expect to be grimy was really clean. They set a new standard of expectation for me. I do want to mention the music because another customer did...they okay modern top 40 so you get what you get. I think this is fair since a good number of people are adults. Playing Barney all day would be old. I did no hear any Inappropriate language...I have no idea if they asked them to play something else but we did not find it inappropriate. So almost a decade. Since I had been here. There has been so many additions and improvements to this waterpark. I love that they are putting an edit into improving the park. The man who told me to spit my gum out upon entering said it matter of factly. I didn't perceive it as yelling as other reviewers stated. After reading the board before paying to enter and meeting that man, my daughter even reminded me that I had to spit out my gum. The snack bar is busy since outside food/drink can't be brought in. Be ready to pay a lot to quench your thirst from skating. The music selections are awesome and ranges from 70s to current. All upbeat and fun! The 5 stars are well deserved for the huge smile this place gave my daughter and the confidence it gives her to roller skate. In my opinion, they should really have the option of purchasing one race, which is approximately nine laps. However, this isn't the case. They apparently only do packaged races. The option we selected was three races, which was about $54 per person. Supposedly, if you don't use all your races in one visit, you will still have access to the remaining races whenever (no time limit) you go back (I will have to confirm this at a later date). For the go karting, you are required to purchase their annual speedway license which was approximately $8. The activities: Axe throwing was a great time. Our demonstrator/trainer as very interactive and got straight to the point, which we appreciated. He detailed the safety requirements, gave recommendations for how to throw the axe, and gave a handful of games for us to play while axe throwing. The go karting was such a good time. Got to drive like my inner speedy, while feeling safe enough to do it. I would definitely recommend this for an interactive date night, sibling outing, coworker bonding session... Essentially, any styled outing that desires a good time with some friendly competition. I will definitely be back to collect my remaining two races.
