I tried to call to see about the cancellation and was told they are with a customer and can I text them. The owner texted back saying they were short staffed and other excuses for the cancellation. I inquired how can they make this right because I was upset about the whole situation. I was told they gave me an alternate time and I declined it and have a good day. I will take my business elsewhere and let it be known about the customer service.

This is much closer to home so that was a plus. But this is my new place. She uses the best wax. No strips. This is usually pretty painful but the wax she uses I swear is virtually painless. Eye lift and tint- 2/5. The technician was fine. Commented on how long my eyelashes were, but when she was finished, it looked just ok. I even said this...they usually look more dark and more curled. She was dismissive and wished me a good day after I paid. I have had this services done multiple times other places, it was really disappointing. I will still need mascara and 90.00 is gone. Unfortunately, it was the worst eyebrow experience I've ever had. The threading was rushed and poorly done--my eyebrows were barely cleaned up, left with no shape, and my upper lip was still noticeably unfinished and patchy. She also left a patch of very short hairs on my left brow, which makes them look uneven and messy. I also had a chemical reaction to the lamination (which I understand isn't necessarily their fault), but it didn't even seem like it was applied properly--it barely lasted at all, so I'm not convinced it was done right. And the tint... it was so blotchy and uneven that I was actually relieved it washed off the next day. I never leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had warned me. I chose this place based on the glowing reviews, so maybe I just had a really off experience--but I won't be returning.
