I had a great experience with Firebrand. After a hail storm caused roof damage to a lot of our neighborhood, we had Firebrand come out for an inspection at the recommendation of several neighbors. Boaz was thorough in highlighting the damage caused by the storm and great to work with throughout the process. Firebrand worked with our insurance on our behalf to ensure they had the proper documentation to approve our claim, making for a relatively painless process on my part throughout. Insurance approved replacements of our roof, gutters and window casings, all of which were supported by Firebrand. Boaz was transparent about our replacement options and where it may or may not make sense to upgrade. The team was extremely fast in the replacement, completing our entire roof in a few hours and then our gutters and window casings over the following days. They were great to work with throughout the process and will be a go-to for any future roofing or related needs! read more

I was skeptical, as I am with any contractor but I can say with confidence that Boaz and team are an honest crew doing their best to run a business and help people out. Something that stood out to me: We needed a new roof, but Boaz told neighbors with confidence they did not. They didn't seem out to make a quick buck. Honored their referral check to our neighbors. Five months ago, I met with the owener, Boaz, to talk about getting a new roof. Right off the bat, he was super helpful and he took the time to educate me on what would be best for my home, even if I didn't end up going with him. No sales pressure, just straight-up honesty. I had to put my roofing plans on hold for a few months, but Boaz kept in touch, checking in every now and then to see if I needed anything. Once I was ready, he made the whole process easy. He walked me through everything, answered all my (many) questions (quickly too), and kept me in the loop the entire time. When it came to installation day, I was seriously impressed. They knocked out the whole roof in one day, and the crew was nothing but professional. You could tell they actually cared about their work. They stayed late double-checking everything, put my patio furniture back exactly how it was, and even checked my driveway multiple times to make sure there weren't any stray nails. I feel 100% confident in their work, and even more confident in Boaz that if there are issues, I know he'll take care of it.
