I wasn't sure about this company at first call because the phone girl had a difficult time taking my name and address. But, from showing up for the estimate to the install things went smoothly. It was a stress free roof replacement in one day using quality GAF products. We got a few estimates and Len was right in the middle. He gave me a date a few weeks out and arrived at 7am on the date promised. Roof looks great. The installers were good but could have been a little more careful with our shrubbery and yard plants. My roof seemed terrible afterwords and just looked like such a sloppy job. I was so upset I did not go with Adamson Roofing - I still am! We needed a new roof ASAP. I had a number of roofing estimates and went with Adamson because they were so friendly. They worked with me on figuring out how to handle the payments from my insurance company and were flexible with setting up my remaining payments. I believe they offer financing too. They were great with communication (we had to reschedule due to rain), showed up to work on time, finished the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Len Adamson is a pleasure to work with. He was on time, professional, experienced and his price was the best of four quotes. When I called one of the competitors to let them know they did not receive the job, they offered to beat Adamson's price by 10%. Why didn't this competitor give me his best quote the first time? Were you going to overcharge me unless I did my homework? And then got pushy and agitated with me when I declined the offer. Len was able to supply a certificate of insurance with his bid. I checked with the material supplier before the job and he also spoke very highly of him. This was very important to me, because in the state of Georgia, if your contractor does not pay for the materials for your roof, a lien is filed against the homeowner. Always check to make sure your contractor pays his suppliers. Adamson roofing passed with flying colors! The install team was on time, fast and knowledgeable. We had one of our 1980's skylight leaking. I was terrified it would cost a fortune to fix. The gentleman that came to our home was kind and respectful. Respectful to us and our property. WOW you surely do not see this any longer!!! Not only did this gentleman fix our roof for a very good price, he used a leaf blower to clean up all debris from the roof, our deck and the surrounding area. He even took every single ounce of trash with him. This gentleman was so awesome, we gave him a gift card on top of the amount charged to fix our roof. Len's crew showed up at the crack of dawn, laid down tarps to protect bushes and railings/decks. They removed our old shingles and tar paper in just a matter of a couple hours, took out our old attic fan and closed off the hole, cut in a vent at the top ridge of the roof, and also replaced some damaged decking in a few areas. And then I was amazed at the efficiency of the workers as they began to install our new beautiful architectural shingles. It was neat to watch them utilize some really cool equipment to haul up those heavy shingles on to the roof! Our house is in needed of major updating, but Adamson Roofing has it looking a million times better already with the awesome roof job! When my husband first met Len for the estimate, he was extremely impressed by his professionalism but also his personable and outgoing demeanor. A young lady named Jackie answered the phone and was very pleasant when I explained my mothers roof needed repairs asap due to a leak we had no idea was even there.
