After considering a few other roofing companies, my husband and I decided to get Laird Roofing to…read moreput on our new house roof. We are so HAPPY with our decision! I can't imagine that anyone else could have done a better job than what Nick and his crew did. Our house was built in the 1800's and had all the original timbers in the attic. None was ever replaced, although we should have done this roof a long time ago since we had heard dripping in our attic after a rainfall and also with condensation. We were getting water leakage down into our second floor. Much longer story than that, but you get the idea that our house has seen better days. That being said, Nick and the guys probably had to work a minor miracle to get all the old timbers out and replace them, put more beams in that were lacking from being built back before there were regulations, brace up the sagging roof, etc. I think that Laird's are reasonably priced and do a fantastic job! If we wouldn't have to take out another bank loan at our age, we'd also get our attic floor done, which is also in terrible shape. Thanks to Laird Roofing, we no longer have to worry about water coming down into the house, AND they did a really professional, great-looking job! Bad wind storm came threw one night, thought it was almost a tornado. Woke me up from a dead sleep…read morebecause I heard a loud crash. The metal fascia ripped off from our roof. I had one contractor from a different company come in and he gave me a price but said he would not be able to repair until a week later. I then called WTC and was quoted $500 less and they fixed it same day in about 20 min. These guys were awesome and quite, didn't even notice they were here, done and gone. Would highly recommend to anyone!
