I put in a request for a quote on Yelp and within an hour I was on the phone with Stephen explaining my issue and he agreed to come out the next day (Sunday). He showed up as promised on Sunday afternoon and about 30 mins later had repaired the issue and made recommendations for other upgrades my home could use. I only had to pay for service call because he explained to me what was needed and suggested me picking it up from Home Depot to save on his repair cost. There is a $10 fee for using debit/credit card for payments, but IMO that menial when a service call is made on a Sunday afternoon a few days before a holiday and the business is located in/near Dunwoody and I live near the airport. Honest, quick replies, punctual and great customer service. I appreciate when a service provider doesn't gauge you on his rates because you're a woman and have no idea of what a 30 amp fuse is. I'd surely call him back for any other electrical needs I have in my home. I already knew issue and asked him to replace GFCI and he told me that he cannot do that without diagnosis and for that he charged $450. After diagnosis he mentioned that there is a fire hazard and he need to set up 3-4 GFCI and qouated 2800$ And I made a half of the payment basically he made us rushed into decision. I felt very fishy with all the negotiations and being pressurized to take decision now. I got second opinion with other company and guess what there was nothing wrong and the work quoted by this company he was ready to do it in $300. This company is dishonest and do not have any integrity. Stay clear from this company.
