I used to shop here regularly and loved it. But recently, the experience went gone down hill…read more Staff has been great except the Manager made some promises that didn't coincide with the owner and we the customer suffered and it was huge drama that left such a bad taste. Experience was horrible! We'll never shop at House & Hide again. One of the owners was so unprofessional and created such a scene in front of other customers and staff! Such an unfortunate experience to say the least. The owner did refund our money for the purchase which we are grateful for.

The outside of the building was well decorated. After entering this establishment we were greeted right away & explained the current Christmas discounts . Surprisingly, this place had quite of few people in here for lunch time. I expected this place to be pricey based off the product being displayed. This place is beautiful, not a huge place and it has a variety of products. Products such as, essential oils dish soap, marble stones, candles, iron candle stick holders, holiday decor, furniture, baby items and mid high end leather purses. Let's talk price. For example: A Pier 1 Christmas 4 piece plate set price avg. 46.99 a single Christmas plate here 20.00 a bit steep in my opinion. Most of the pieces in here you will be expected to pay a pretty penny. After the initial greeting I unfortunately, was not asked again if I needed help with anything. They may have been spread thin today not expecting the turnout they had. I found several pieces I am interested in, but sadly left today empty handed. I will be back on a slower day to see if that changes the customer facing experience. Overall Quality of items - 5 stars Customer Service - 4 Price - $$$ Cleanliness - 5 stars I would say definitely check this place out it's worth looking into this local gem. 4.5 Total

So, we had in mind Popeye and Olive Oyl, but they didn't have it. Bummer. We decided to be open, and look for any other cute couple costumes. There wasn't a great selection here, but we decided to try cop costumes on, and they both were sooo cheaply made. The prices here aren't great, either. Everything we saw was $39.99. I felt like most of the store was that price, and for the quality, not worth it. I get that costumes typically aren't made of the best quality, but the one I tried one was so poor quality I was concerned it might not make it through the night. Now on to the dressing rooms...wow, could you at least hang up the mirrors? They are on the floor and it was difficult to see how you look without scrunching way down. There was stuff on the floors, and they were really not well kept. I actually thought my boyfriend looked great in his costume, but he thought the material was too cheap as well, so we both walked out emptyhanded. There are plenty of other costume places to check out. This one missed the mark.

All of the employees at this store were super nice and helpful. I didn't even know that they would actually let people try costumes on, but my sisters and I were able to try maybe about a dozen costumes (combined!). They let us take two costumes in the fitting room at a time, and they even let us take pics! Super sweeeeeet! I ended up finding the perfect costume, and to top it all off, the cashier who helped me - Malik - let me use a 20% off coupon I found next to the register! =) That totally made my day. Thanks, Malik!!! 5 stars for the Duluth Halloween City store - located conveniently next to the Pleasant Hill Assi! ;) P.S. Print out their 20% off coupon from their website before you go! And they have a daily iPad 2 drawing going on through Halloween, so don't forget to give them your email address before you leave the store! Happy Halloween, everyone!~

I came in here on Presidents' Day, hoping to score some deals since the mail provided lots of flyers were different deals from different furniture stores this so happen to be my first location and stop and I so happen to score a few deals. I was able to purchase a dining room table and a couch for a reasonable price. The deals were definitely dealing this day and I think I scored a decent deal. I wish they would've worked it down to a little bit less, but I settled and still took the furniture anyways. See below and attached for a few photos of the store and the deals that they had going on on Presidents' Day and to see what I copped.

I am sharing this experience as a matter of consumer safety and transparency for anyone considering…read morea significant investment at Georgia Furniture Mart. My current sofa has suffered a complete structural collapse where the main wooden load-bearing rail has detached from the frame, causing the furniture to sink to the floor and requiring a stack of magazines to prevent a total cave-in. This is not an isolated incident of wear and tear, but a recurring manufacturing defect; this specific unit was actually a 2021 replacement for a previous unit that failed due to the exact same frame issues documented in their own technician's notes. The most concerning aspect of this experience is the company's response to a loyal, multi-year customer facing a safety hazard. When I reached out to their service department, I did not ask for a free replacement or a handout; I explicitly requested to pay for a professional repair to be done by their team. Georgia Furniture Mart flatly refused to even send a technician for a fee, stating that because the item is out of its one-year labor window, they will not service it under any circumstances. It is a significant red flag when a retailer sells large-scale furniture that fails structurally in under five years and then refuses to provide any path toward a paid repair or maintenance. For potential shoppers, please be aware that Georgia Furniture Mart's commitment to your purchase appears to end exactly at the 12-month mark, regardless of the severity of the product's failure. While they market "life-improving" furniture, my experience has been one of repeated structural defects and a total lack of corporate accountability. If you expect your furniture to last a reasonable length of time or hope for a company that stands by its craftsmanship through paid service options, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. A sofa frame should not be propped up by books in less than five years, and a reputable business should not abandon its customers when their products fail.
