This company was recommended by our HOA management company for the purpose of modifying existing lighting so that security lights would stay on from dusk to dawn and our lighting around the pool and tennis courts would turn off At 10 PM. Despite multiple discussions with them In person and via email, they were unable to complete this simple task. For the last nine months, we have been asking them to correct the unauthorized work that they did do. They rarely respond and when they do, it is to ask for more money to fix their own mistakes. Sadly, our management company paid them in full for the unauthorized work they did. We do not recommend this company at all! read more

I LOVE this company. We had them do our landscape lighting back in 2020 and they were excellent. They never tried to oversell us or recommend more lighting than we needed. Our yard looks fantastic!! After installation when we wanted one of the lights repositioned they came back out and did it for us. No charge. Since this time, whenever I have had an issue with a light burning out or something not working (which is rare), they send someone right away and diagnose the problem. I can't say enough good things about Georgia Light scape. It's been nearly three years now since our install and we've had one light go out that they quickly came out and replaced and most recently, the transformer went out, that was also replaced under warranty. We had Georgia Lightscapes install outdoor lighting over a year ago. They were very competitive and provided great quality and service. Last week I had an issue with the lights. Their office was quickly able fix the problem over the phone. They were also more than willing to come out to trouble shoot if need be. I did not create an appointment as the issue was resolved. A few days later I noticed a light wasn't working and made a mental note to follow up for service. By coincidence GA Lightscapes were in my neighborhood and took it upon themselves to check my lighting system and fix the 2nd issue without me even having to call! Just outstanding customer service!! I was referred to Georgia Light Scapes by my neighbor given I inquired about his house exterior lighting. Once I obtained the specifics, I contacted Georgia Light Scapes immediately given visualizing how my house could potentially look as well. Georgia Light Scapes was very timely conducting their on-site review/estimate and took the time to walk around the house to provide additional recommendations/suggestions to satisfy my unique house architecture. Once the consult was completed, they provided a visual aid of where they recommended each light be installed to ensure adequate coverage. This was a very nice touch given it allowed me to observe and visualize my house and the proposed lighting structure prior to the installation. After the thumbs up was given, the installation team arrived and did a superior job by ensuring all lighting was installed appropriately and most importantly no wires were visible. The job looked so clean it even had me wondering how they did it. Once everything had been installed, the team blew off the walkway and cleaned up any additional debris I highly recommend this company given their integrity, professionalism, timeliness and commitment to ensure your unique needs are met. read more

Said they were finishing a project nearby and it would be hour or so. Fine. At 5PM, they called to reschedule for 10AM today. Arrived at 11AM. Fine, lots of weather/traffic issues this morning. Issues were resolved but will need to confirm once it's dark this evening, Awaiting bill via email.
