First off trying to find where this place is at night is almost impossible. The entrance isn't lit up what so ever. So many rules that you don't know about. Some friends had a dog on a leash and the owners come running out saying "you better get the f'n dog off our property!" Didn't know dogs weren't allowed... but to come storming out of their the house and start cussing?? Come on. Be a lil more professional as business owners. Other friends had left as well because of how they were treated and spoken to. If you don't want people in your so called barn then don't rent it out!!!! Find somewhere else to throw a party. Wow!! so, unless you are looking for something in the off season of what they consider their money making time of year, don't bother. They were rude. On another note, I was at the place for a summer BBQ. The people that run the facility have a house on the property. Not only did they come over to the party and help themselves to the food and beverages...one of them got sloppy drunk...they sat in their backyard watching the party and the invited guests. The people having the party didn't know them and didn't invite them to be a part of it, they just included themselves as guests. Very weird.

Emili and her staff did a phenomenal job from the moment I first contacted them to the execution of a delicious dinner. Emili was professional and promptly communicated at each step of the process. All our guests enjoyed the delicious food (hot Italian food served in early January). Her staff even helped buss the finished disposable plates off the tables which I didn't expect! And Emili offered to step in and help with our dessert serving logistics even though it wasn't part of the order from WW. Emili is a very engaged vendor that provides outstanding catering! I will be recommending Emili and her team to all my friends.

I had my wedding here this last summer and I'm not…read morereally the kind of person to tear anyone down but do feel like my experience needs to be shared with others about this venue. - The day of our wedding the fridge was not working and sadly our wedding was in July so our wedding cake practically was toppling over. No one warned us or apologized about this. - There were mice running around in the kitchen where we were told we could prep our food (We took pictures). The owner scoffed a little at my mother in law when she pointed it out to him and said it was bound to happen since they're out in the country. Our family also lives out in the country and pay every year to have people check for rodents/insects. It's 100% possible to prevent something like that. -The men's shower was not working and we were not told this either so we got to find this out on the day of our wedding. Which again was in July. Luckily the women's shower worked so we were all able to take turns and cram in there. -We were given a coordinator but she did not show up the day of our wedding. We were given a different person, who was extremely nice. However, because the coordinator that was suppose to show up didn't come, our chairs weren't put in the ceremony area. Sounds like a small thing, but it was something that took our bridal party and my grandparents/parents hours to do. Wish we could've got a heads up on something like this. The owner told us we could pay him extra money to have someone help us but we were already a little frustrated to show up and see that, since it was something my husband and I had asked her and the business that delivered them to make sure of. -Our rehearsal was very awkward in terms of us not knowing what to do. We scheduled a day to show up and showed up on time. However, our coordinator was no where to be seen. We walked into the building looking for her and found her in the middle of a whole other meeting she had scheduled. We weren't upset just a little confused. However, she seemed a little irritated at us for interrupting her meeting with someone else. We were a little confused as to why she scheduled someone over our appointment. Apparently it was a friend of hers who was curious about the venue. She told us at the end that we were suppose to just help ourselves and do it all without her. During this rehearsal the coordinator got upset with my aunt and mother in law for looking at the fridge since it was interrupting her meeting as well. I felt like it would have been nice to have her there for any questions on set up since that's why I assumed she was there. But I guess that is not exactly how they run things. Overall we encountered a lot of very unprofessional behavior and stresses that we really wish we didn't have to have on our wedding day. Like I mentioned, this place is beautiful and our wedding was great. However, if I had the opportunity to know all these things prior to booking this venue, I most likely would have gone elsewhere.

No long lines to get in or for concessions. The only long line was for the bathroom at intermission, but that moved quickly. I don't think you can pick a bad seat here, as it's a small theater. Prices for the tickets were extremely reasonable. The concessions weren't very exciting, but they did have Dip n' Dots!! I would recommend seeing a show here if you are visiting or live in the area!
