I loved how she listened to what I wanted to focus on during the treatment. I was very pleased with the treatment! I would totally recommend booking Jess for your massage! Been here off and on, had the monthly plan (save a bunch if you commit to 1 massage per month. Just signed up for it again. Real professionals here. Massages are great. They have an intake form where you can indicate how hard you want it, what's troubling you, and a body where you can circle where you need the most attention, which is really nice because so many massage places you just show up and they start working on you without that intel. I got a 90 minute massage and it felt like it lasted 2 hours; that is how relaxing it was. It's in brand new, small residential building, right off Washington Street, in N. Mission Hills. Firefly is extremely clean and beautiful. The waiting area and treatment rooms are serene and the whole vibe is great. Can't wait to go back, may try a facial next time. We came and after I filled in a quick check in sheet as a new client, i was off to some much needed muscle pain relief. The manager is very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!! We had to cancel our appointments and reschedule for a later time due to traffic on the way to the spa. When we called we were told that we called right on time, before we would be charged a cancellation fee. Upon arrival, two of the employees called their manager only to have her be rude, speak over me, and demand that we pay for a service we did not receive. I've gotten amazing deep tissue massages both times, one from Alfredo and another from Holly.
