Iced butter pecan latte with almond milk and croissant
    Alexis N.

I went in after a walk. I ordered an iced butter pecan latte with almond milk and a honey butter croissant. I was short about a dollar (I didn't want to use my card) so I took off the croissant. They were so sweet. They had already made the croissant so they gave it to me for free! It was a very sweet gesture. For that, they get 5 stars because they understand great customer service. I'll definitely be back to try their ice cream. Their cafe is nice with limited seating. However, their outside patio is very inviting and nice

I love this coffee shop . The food is always good. The bacon egg croissant has me in a chokehold! The staff are always warm and welcoming. And the vibes you really can't resist. If you wanna be in or outside the options are there !

The service was wonderful. Coffee and sandwiches were super yummy! The ambiance was fun I really enjoyed

LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive had the pulled pork sandwich so many times and let me just tell you it wad incredible and so are the pastries. Kaylas customer service was incredible, some of the best i have ever received. She recommended an apple turnover and it did NOT disappoint. Im pretty picky about my coffee but i recieved a wonderful less sweet extra shot Lavender blueberry hot latte. It was PERFECT! Thank you Kayla!

I've been to this little spot plenty of times and decided to come on my day off, it's always so cozy and comfy in there. The croissant was good and my latte needed a lot of mixing but i think thats just bc of the syrups. would recommend to try when in town!

Very cute Fire Department Station themed coffee shop. Their coffee and food were pretty good too. The service is great but not fast so make sure you go when you have some time to relax.

We've come here a few times since moving to Virgina Beach last year! Unique coffee shop in an old firehouse. They have food, baked goods, really good coffee, and Hershey's ice cream. Staff is very friendly and they're dog friendly too! Indoor and outdoor seating. We got the lavender latte, chicken sandwich, and pulled pork sandwich on our most recent visit. Plus chocolate ice cream. Only drawback is there is no bathroom, so just plan for that. Overall, highly recommend!

On our day off, Sophia and I headed here to this little spot located in Fort Monroe. They are located in what was the oldest firehouse for the US Army. The decor inside is priceless. Seating is both inside and outside for your preference. They were even featured for a Friday Flavors segment last year for Channel 13. Question is did it live up to the hype from Yelpers? We were immediately greeted by staff upon entering. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte along with a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Talk about feeling right at home. The coffee was perfect and the crossaint was very good. Very buttery and came through. Sophia ordered the same and liked it as well. Just like many other places, it looks like we found a new place. Welcoming staff, place that is small and quaint and food and beverages you can enjoy :)

This coffee shop was good and interesting - but not stellar. It's been on my list for a year or so - ever since I discovered it one afternoon roaming around on the old base. It is aptly named bc it's located inside an old brick firehouse and is themed with firehouse decor inside. It has mismatched leather furniture and tables chairs inside and so has a charming hangout vibe to it that I like. They have a much larger menu (with a ton of tea available - which was surprising to me) and ice cream and various other items and pastries for sale. The inside is cute and cozy with plenty of places to sit and hang out. We went basic with just an iced latte the day we stopped in and were in and out pretty quickly. I like the concept and the vibes - coffee was good - but not great.

Fire House Coffee is the hidden gem located on beautiful Ft. Monroe in Hampton. Located inside an old firehouse this coffee shop offers both indoor and outdoor seating and has lots of fire house memorabilia on the walls to explore. In addition to a large offering of both coffee and non-coffee beverages such as smoothies and teas, they have sandwiches, salads, hot dogs and baked goods. We got the build your own breakfast sandwich on croissants with cheese, sausage and Canadian bacon. Both sandwiches were delicious and large enough to be filling. The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful to us first timers. We sat outside and it was perfect. They are pet friendly as several outdoor diners had their furry friends along.

This place is lovely! It really is in an old historic firehouse and it's been preserved as one. The coffee and food are delicious. The vibe is so nice. Love the staff too!! I got an iced latte and the honey butter croissant which were soo yummy.

    She loves the pup cup.

I love this area of the city - feels a little small town/a little suburban. I have the coffee passport and was excited to try this new-to-me spot. Mudita sits just off Ocean View Ave practically on the beach. On this visit, there was ample street parking, but I dare say it is tricky on weekends and during the summer. It is in a pedestrian-friendly area, which is a plus, so it's easy to walk to. They do make a point to remind you not to park in the lot belonging to the adjacent shopping center or risk being towed. When I stopped in, it was empty except for one table. I let them know this was my first visit and the staff was happy to tell me about seasonal specials. They have a variety of teas and coffees. I do wish they had a sample of their food menu where they take orders. I didn't notice it until I picked up my drink, so I'll have to return when I have more time to peruse it. For my first visit, I wanted to try a seasonal special drink and opted for the Vietnamese Egg Coffee. It was described as an Americano style drink with egg custard foam. They offer decaf which is a plus so I selected this. It was ready in about 5 mins and was absolutely delicious. The only downside was the size. I wasn't expecting an espresso sized beverage for the price, but probably because I'm used to a Starbucks Americano which is bigger (even for a tall) and has slightly more hot water. The flavor was impressive and I much prefer the espresso Mudita uses! Overall, a great experience. I don't often venture out to OV, but I'll definitely stop back in when in the area!

They were recently spotlighted by Channel 13 as part of their Friday Flavor segment. It was a no brainer that we stopped by to give them a try. When we walked in, we were both greeted by the staff of two behind the counter. It's a very small cafe with two tables for up to 6 people, a small round table for two and a bar table area. Everything was clean and spotless with decor all over. A welcoming spot for all that comes in. We ordered right at the counter upon walking in. My choice of beverage was a medium sized Forget Me Not (sure it was named after the song from Patrice Rushen) served iced. It's a cinnamon latte with whole milk (my choice) and sea salted caramel toffee. Also, I ordered a sausage and egg croissant and a cheese danish pastry to eat. Everything was really good. All the ingredients for the beverage came together. A little strong, but not too sweet. And the croissant sandwich and pastry really helped myself become full for the morning. A really big thanks to the staff for keeping us satisfied during our visit. We'll definitely come back real soon :)
