Usually good but I didn't order the long HAIR on my sandwich. It will be a while before you see me again.

I was extremely disappointed in my meal. Sandwich was very soggy because it was drenched in sauce. Turkey pieces for some reason was one big lumpy clump. Not sure if it's just this firehouse sub or all of them but I definitely do not want to come back. Cookies were wrapped poorly in plastic wrap so it was hard to open, so when I opened it, it broke the cookie. read more

We have been customers here since it opened with very few complaints. In fact once my wife became aware that she had a Gluten Allergy, it was a several times a week meal for us. Unfortunately according to corporate there is and has been for at least 6 months a "national supply chain issue" with them offering a GF option. Unfortunately we cannot enjoy this option. After posting in a group online, it seems that other stores in different areas are still able to order the GF bread option. No one locally seems to have any information, nor do they seem to care that everyone in this situation is missing out, us and them. Sad that we aren't able to enjoy this FH location anymore. read more

I ordered from the wrong store and never got my food! No one at Firehouse cared one bit.

Update: They have fixed the hot sauce issue, I talked to the District Manager and he assured me it would be fixed, that it was rather an issue with an outgoing local manager. Great to hear there's new, reinvigorated ownership for this and our other Firehouse here in Cleveland; now, after just a few days from my encounter, hot sauce bar looks to be fresh again! (Though missing my fav, African Rhino Peri-Peri MILD Sauce, please add! ). Looking forward to this continuing, for the sake of upkeeping a great brand. Cheers! read more

I'm addicted to firehouse subs, especially since they rolled the gluten free bun out!! First of all, this bun doesn't fall apart. That's unheard of with gluten free bread. Well done! I like this restaurant as it is decorated in my favorite color-Red. My sandwich was the club on a sub and it was delicious. I got chips and a drink to go with it. They have a coke machine in here where you choose your favorite pop and flavor it with whatever you want . I chose a sprite and put strawberry in it. The sandwich was good because the bun was heated up. They have a nice dining room as you see by my pictures. Also there are two outside tables with umbrellas when its warm enough. Whoever owns this Firehouse location I really hope you are able to read this review. On July 1st we went to the Paul Huff, Cleveland TN location to eat lunch (it was my husbands birthday). We took 3 of our employees along as well. When we arrived instead of being welcomed into the store , we were told they couldn't fill our order and it would be a while before they could even take our order. We were told that they were working on a large order and they couldn't stop to make ours. (We had a party of 5). There were at least 4-5 people behind the counter feverishly making sandwiches. So you can't spare one person to wait on us? Wow! There's a first time for everything and that's definitely a first for me. Never in my life have I been turned away from any restaurant because they decided they didn't have time to wait on me. You're food is really good but I was shocked at how this establishment is being managed. Very disappointed to say the least! read more

Short of a old-school good Jewish delicatessen, Firehouse offers the best sandwiches around. Subway, Jimmy Johns, and the rest are several notches below. Smells good too! I've found Subway to have a distinctly off-putting smell that even carries on to the take-out. The Firehouse subs are loaded with meat, delicious, filling, and particularly satisfying. The service is fast and friendly. The place is clean. The price may be higher than others, but I'd rather have first class for a few cents more than pay less that leaves a bad taste twice in skimpiness and quality. This place rocks, totes magotes! Looking for a sandwich place in Cleveland that could do vegetarian or vegan. And this place is very close to the house... so we stopped by. Ordered the veggie subs with no cheese or mayo (and no pickles on mine, thanks!). You can add grilled mushrooms to the sub, which we did (I think there was a small charge). The subs are 8" but you can upsize to 12" for $2 more. You can also order the combo with a drink and chips. We were being cheap so I just got the two subs. We were going to just take them home for dinner... but the place looked inviting and cool, so we ate them there. The interior decor is pretty cool. What also rocks is the sauces on the counter. We sampled a peri peri with the house sauce. Awesome for both. The subs? To me... the main thing is the bread and they hit that one out of the park. Great fresh light bread. The veggies were tasty. The person that made my Beef and Cheddar Brisket sub finger-painted mayo and BBQ sauce ALL OVER the bag, the sandwich container, the bun, and the meat, so that it slid right out of the sandwich. I took this to go, and tried to eat it in the car. Complete disaster. It looked like a 2-year-old made my sandwich. I have to wonder what kind of person cannot even make a sandwich. I guess they work for Firehouse Subs. I'll never go to this location again - AVOID IT. read more

I came for a meatball sub, the girl told me I had to wait 20 min. This was at 7 and they still had 3 hrs to go before closing time. The subs are great but it is no Jimmy Johns when it comes to speed. There is a great selection of subs and beverage choices. I have visited this location several times and have always found it to be very clean and the restrooms clean as well. Definitely a great place if you are looking for a sandwich. They have a Coca-Cola Freestyle which of course gives you all kinds of options for a beverage. If they could get there sandwiches out faster I would definitely give them 5 stars! read more
