My grocery pickup order didn't go as planned (they have a new system and today was the first day using it). I expressed my displeasure. I'm sure I'm basically a meme now saying, "I just want to fix dinner for my family." The employees and manager helping me could not have been kinder or more understanding. They were wonderful!!!! Not only did they make up for the issue, they apologized, took responsibility, and never once told me to calm down. I'm so glad they are my neighborhood grocery store!!
