Stopped in for a very late lunch today with the wife and place was vacant. Service and pleasant, food was good and ready in a timely manner. we ate inside and cleaned our own table because of all the tables it was the least dirty. The table and paper towel dispenser was filthy. Looks like it dispensers on most of the tables hand't been clean in a long time. The ledge along the wall next to the tables was pretty dirty and the floors were dirty. Had a couple flys (3-4) hanging out and two dead flys on the floor near the front door. I ordered a sub and my estimated wait time was 15 minutes. I waited 30 + minutes for ONE sub. It was not busy nor short staffed. Their excuse was that they were swamped and they could not give a discount or even a coupon due to it being an online order that was already processed. Terrible customer service will not be ordering from here again. read more

It's a 75% chance when you order through the app their gonna mess it up and then take forever to replace the sub, I waited and hour for my sub and it was still wrong and they apparently ran out of bread so I couldn't even get my other sub read more

Moyock finally got a diff restaurant! I like the subs and the amount of meat/toppings they put on the subs... the prices are very high! I've been getting coupons in the mail since they recently opened. For three subs the cost was almost $30.00 still. The store was very clean and the staff was very nice. Id come back. read more

This is third time we have ordered from here... The first two times it was great.. However today was awful.. I honestly don't ever complain because I worked in the food industry for 12+ years. But we couldn't eat our Chicken Buffalo Wraps. The chicken was chewy, you couldn't even bite threw it. It made me sick to my stomach... We ordered online and picked it up. I would have said something if we had sat down to eat.. I don't know how whoever made it didn't feel the hard, veiny like chicken as they were cutting it up.. I will say everyone was polite, great customer service. But the chicken needs to change or be taken off the menu. read more

I've posted a previous review but felt the need to update. The food is still pretty good but if you ever feel the need to go in for food close to their closing time, be ready for a total different experience than what you get during the day. This has happened twice and there won't be a third. The last time in, the manager or what seemed to be the lead guy, made reference to the fact he didn't want to be there all night and now that I ordered three subs, he was going to be forced to redo all the cleaning they had just done. Now I went in 30 minutes before closing, but damn, if it's that bad, you need to close at 8pm. The first time it happened, the girls just rushed the sandwich and it wasn't as good(well prepared)...but they weren't rude. For the 40 bucks I usually spend per trip, they can clean up their attitude for those of us that also work later in the day and can't make it to your store during the obvious "friendly" sandwich maker time frame. At least I can go to the crappy Burger King and while they may completely forget half the order, they always forget it with a smile no matter what time I show up. read more

The foods pretty good And is consistent with other locations I have frequented. I was there the first week and is pretty chaotic and handled while they botched the promotional coupons in my favor. I just left there and it seems like they are now playing games with the coupons to extract more money from the customers. I was more inclined just to leave the food there but my kids were expecting it and the staff there could really care less about the actual customers. It's nice to have another option here but I fear this is the beginning of the downward spiral read more
