I orders subs from Jershey Mike's twice a week. Always had a great experience until today. Always order over the phone and it's ready when I get there. Today I get there and it wasn't ready. I go ahead and pay and sit down to wait for it. There was 5 employees there and no customer's, after sitting there for 5 minutes a customer walks in places his order receives it and leaves and I still did not receive my order yet which is only one sub. So while I sat there another 10 minutes while the cashier and another lady employee was carrying on a personal conversation on over to the side not working ,I ask about my sub it had been sitting there all that time ready but they were standing on the side talking not working with my sub just sitting there. Pay attention to your customer's and have your personal conversations when you don't have customers Jershey Mike's. I will be calling corporate office to report how I was treated. read more

Really? my wife and I have been getting Jersey Mikes subs almost weekly for the past few years. Lately the subs have been lacking- it seems like the stuff between the bun has shrunk! biting into a sub and getting a mouthful of bread is not a way to win customers! Food is great! Love the subs! But we had an issue with the staff and then our subs where not made properly and my child's sub had no meat on it just cheese and lettuce. So I left a concerned message on there web site. I received a call the next day about it . The manager was nice and understanding and I told him just to let him know we had some problems and not going to leave a bad review because that is the businesses name. Well he was very kind and said he would comp us three of the subs. Just come in and I have your name and order. That was awesome of them! Didn't expect that but never the less very nice. So a month had went by and I tried to redeem the subs and the manager who I spoke to had no recall and was extremely rude and disrespectful when trying to explain to him the situation. I have been to this location a few times. I was so happy to realize that their steak subs are delicious! The steak is very lean and the food is good. Service is fast and friendly. Food is cooked properly, is hot and comes out pretty fast.They do have a mask requirement for customers and staff as well as a plastic barrier and 6ft guidelines clearly marked. I am not sure what management teaches their employees, but I am highly offended if I do not want your customer service people to help me in something I know how to do. There is something as being overbearing. I can read and I am quite intelligent. Because of my visit to your store today and the response of the manager on duty, and the customer service person who is allowed to say "That is what you get when you try to help someone," you have truly lost a customer. It would have been just as easy for her to say okay and allow me to do my transaction. You can't justify bad customer service in any way. If she was wrong, she was wrong. read more

I have been a very satified customer at this location for more the 2 years ordering at least once a week . The last couple of months they do not answer the phone -- going into the site revealed 4 works with no one making a move to answer the nonstop ringing of the phone. So next desire to order I use the APP -- the order was placed and reviewed , confirmed and paid for, but turned out to be incorrect. Wrong breads, wrong dressings, missing ingredients. read more

Would have given 4 stars if I was strictly giving stars based on the quality of good. (Only thing wrong was the ends of my bread was a bit crunchy, which indicates to me it wasn't the freshest but it wasn't days old either). However, I am rating my customer service experience as well. I added double meat on my giant sub and the cashier decided that he needed to make a comment about how much food I had. Seriously, who does that? Maybe I like extra meat, maybe I was sharing, maybe its 2 meals for me, maybe I just like to eat, maybe I was donating to the homeless. But who are you to judge and make a comment about what I order? Bottom line is don't go here if you want the employees to judge your food choices. (I also think it may have been the manager that made the comment not 100% certain maybe it was just the shift manager. Service was fast and employees were friendly. I had a chicken parm and my wife had a turkey wrap. The wrap was delicious but the chicken in my sandwich was tough and seemed like it was microwaved. Not sure if I'll get a hot sub next time but we will definitely return. read more
