I made a visit last week where it was extremely busy. During this time the manager and employees continued to take orders while the costumers crowded up waiting to pay. As someone who eats Jersey Mike's almost everyday this was the worst location and unprofessional. Although the employees simply did what they could it did not take away from the results and that the manager was not helpful. They were not remaking sandwiches which should have been discounted or given to customers free of cost for the inconvenience. If the employees informed customers upon arrival that they had an extended wait period this would be acceptable as the customer could make the choice for themselves. I left without the soggy sandwich I was expected to pay for. I will never ever come back to this location as there was not thought for the customers and respect for their time and ultimately for the food as I'm sure there were was a lot of spoilage.

I figured I'd eat off base today after a long day on the flight line & Wendy's happened to me my poor choice. All of my food was poorly prepared, the burgers were lukewarm and had all the condiments on them that I didn't order, my chili had two strands of hair in the bowl, ordered a 10-piece nuggets meal and received only 6. My advice for this Wendy's: Hire new staff. My advice for would-be-customers: Don't eat here.
