Anytime I visit North Carolina. I will always come to a Bojangles because they serve the absolute best cheese biscuits, grits , and chicken I have ever had. Our home in Florida Bojangles does not serve any of these I was so excited to experience once again. read more

We ordered the three piece white and four piece wing meals with fries, biscuit and sweet tea. The chicken was fried nicely and tasted alright. What was not so great is the feathers on the chicken wings. Ugh. The sweet tea wasn't the best it tasted commercial. The biscuits were good the next morning with gravy. The service was slow and the restaurant was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. read more

I previously left a 4 star for Bojangles due to the lack of seasoning on the fries but I got a grilled chicken salad from there and it was so delicious!! She service was fast and friendly. As always the atmosphere inside is inviting and nostalgic to me. read more

October 2024. I remember having eaten here years ago but didn't leave a review. When in NC, you gotta do Bojangles. Cajun Filet Biscuit is a MUST. I also got mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I was hoping for green beans but apparently not at this particular location. Drive thru line was quite long but service was quick and order was accurate. My only real gripe is getting in and out of this location can be tricky, especially if you're not a local. read more

This was our first time going to a Bojangles and being from up north - no one told us the chicken is spicy. It was unenjoyable. They put so much ice in the drinks - u only had a couple of sips. Food was fresh but the tenders were all different sizes and on the small side. Staff was friendly and dining area super clean. read more

Affordable family meals! Great tasting chicken for adults (cajun spice) but the meal tastes a bit spicy for little ones. Good slaw and tea. Gets busy like the other fast food chain whether drive-thru or dine-in so bring just enough patience, the wait is not super long. Oh, bathroom was not super clean during our rush hour visit. read more

I absolutely hate when I order bad especially when it's my first visit ugh - Bojangles your advertisements along I-95 had me drooling. Upon entering the restaurant nearly at the point of starvation everything looked amazing and I was dying to try the sweet iced tea after all this is the Mecca for sweet tea. Thinking it would literally be impossible for me to screw this up and order bad I thought of convenience first, less of a mess second and thirdly time - it should take longer to order real on the bone chicken than it does chicken pieces right - since I was traveling southbound and didn't want to waste a minute sitting in some laid back southern restaurant to get some amazing southern fried chicken I ordered the fricking boneless wonder chicken. So after you read this review and UFC it, review the photos and validate my not so bias review of my meal. Real southern fried chicken or cookie cutter chicken tenders - that was the question. Yes chicken is suppose to have bones who over the age of three orders boneless chicken at a infamous chicken purveyor except Me! Service - not lousy but chatty (this staff loves to talk) Condition of Restaurant- messy but it was just after the lunch time rush and it seems the staff was tired because they were sitting and standing everywhere. Sweet Iced Tea - the only way it could of been better is if it was served in a solid gold chalice at Eucharist Chicken Tenders - ummm they would of needed to be much better to be disappointing - no way is this fried chicken Biscuit - old, cold and stale Well I'll take the blame for this being just an okay at best visit - the seasoning was on point the sweet tea priced at $.99 for a large saved the day. That's right, 5 stars! Listen, I'm from NY and there are Yelpers who laugh when people give 5 stars for fast food places. Guess what? I don't care. This is my guilty pleasure and the pleasure is all mine. In NY they have Popeye's fried chicken. I enjoy it with a sweet tea, its what I crave. I was in the Navy and stationed in Norfolk VA. Once you have chicken & a true southern sweet tea?? It's like crack. And you always want that fix. Anywhoo, Bojangles! I saw the sign off I95. It was before noon but I ordered a biscuit with chicken and a sweet tea with a side of vinegar cole slaw that I love. North Carolina is in the house!!! What I just described is my perfect meal. We just left this place in Selma. We are from out of town and don't know their system for the drive thru. We turned down the wrong aisle and a gentleman was kind enough to let us go in front of him. When we got to lady taking orders she asked us if we were next in line. We told her that the gentleman behind us waved to us to go in front of him. She then proceeded to tell us that we shouldn't have done what we did even though the man said we could go before him. That is horrible customer service. We left. read more

this place has gone down hill. the managers are not directing their employees to work the right way. they are slow as mess, the line doesn't ever move, there are too many people trying to eat here and not enough room in the restaurant. the food has gotten extremely slack. the chicken the majority of the time has bad pieces in it or isn't warm, they don't read the tickets when making the food and then give you the wrong food, when they are corrected they become agitated and rude and have an attitude and reluctantly fix it or have an attitude about it. the atmosphere of the place is just not what it used to be and it has gone done entirely. there needs to be new management put in and new employers that actually give a crap about working. the personalities of these people are horrible. they are so rude, unenthusiastic, disrespectful, hateful, and they don't care at all and it is not okay that it had been normalized for them to act this way and the fact that the managers are egging them on and not actually managing like they are supposed to do. if the current managers aren't willing to put their foot down then they need to be replaced and maybe have classes in how to manage. overall, people are rude and it's not a good place to eat and i dont understand why people continue to eat there. read more

The people that work here are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. I had a issue with an order (which was just a mistake.) I spoke with them and these guys went above and beyond to satisfy me. I seriously was about to cry because they were just some of the sweetest people. It's very rare to meet people like that. They really made my day. Not to mention the food was delicious and fresh. We just had lunch here while traveling home on a very busy Saturday at the end of spring break week. We were astounded at the efficiency of this restaurant! The parking lot looked jampacked, but they had people monitoring the 2 drive-through lines and plenty of people working behind the counter so that our dine-in ordering process was lightning fast. There were even two young men stationed in the dining area whose job it was to clear and sanitize tables. We were pleased that all Covid protocols were followed, and even more pleased that the food was delicious! Thank you to the Bojangles team at this restaurant for really impressing us today with your hard work, preparedness, and hospitality. read more

this is the first. My family visits Bo's often. But there is a first for everything. I'm not sure what happened this night but whoever fixed the sandwiches November 5th at 9pm was definitely ready to go home. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and he got something I can't even describe. Needless to say it went into the trash. A waste of money. read more

On my road trips down 95 South, I enjoy Bojangles for some really good Southern Fried Chicken specialties. For breakfast (served all day), the Cajun Filet Biscuit, Botato Rounds, BoBerry biscuits with coffee are my favorites. On the regular menu, I enjoy the greasy fried chicken with dirty rice, mashed potatoes & gravy, sweet potato pies, and a large sweet tea! The food served here is very healthy...., to satisfy my road hunger, and the food is sooo very tasty and real lip smackin' good! read more

Well well, I love Bo's!!! I went here just before lunch time, I guess it was the calm before the storm because there was no one in line. The staff I encountered were positive and happy to serve. The food was ok. I ordered a cajun filet combo with no mayo and no season on the fries and a cajun filet club combo with seasoned fries, it was printed on the ticket correctly but when I got back to my job, there was no seasoning on the order that it was requested for. Also the filets were very tiny. On the up side the food was hot! I'll try something next door next time! read more

Really tasty and love their sweet tea!! Only thing is there were flies every where Lunch time is a buuuussssyyy time at this Bojangles and they were not very fast. The young lady helping with the drinks was not very nice either. The food was hot and fresh, wish they offered spicy chicken. The chicken fillet sandwiches my son and his friend had looked like they needed to be cooked a little longer (for a more golden brown) they said they were good. read more

In the fast food industry, there's a vast difference between the awful service and poor attitudes that we are all used to. But last night, just shy of midnight, after being rejected from 3 nearby fast food chains, we saw the light on in Bojangles. I pulled to the order box and a friendly voice said, "welcome! Order whenever you are ready." I ordered my supremes and mashed potatoes, and pulled the 2nd window. The individual at the window was named Keyshaun, this man must be lauded for his superb customer service interaction, assuring me that this would be the best Bonjangles I would ever have. Keyshaun did not lie, the biscuit was flaky and delicious. The potatoes, so creamy. The fries, seasoned to perfection. Now I know that they must've been a bit distressed that they had to fry some fresh chicken tenders so near their closing hours, but the did it, masterpiece chicken. Bojangles #12 thank you for your service. You made our night great. Hats off to the team, and the man of the hour, Keyshaun. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Associates were not only not polite, but rude and even mocking to members in my family when we asked for plates. Other cleaning associates were complaining loudly about other associates and how they only get paid minimum wage. And when we were leaving they was an associated smoking right in front of the door. Would not recommend this Bojangle's to anyone. Ever. read more

Came in for late night snack with the Mrs.( which was her first time) and the manager short changed me a chicken finger on the four piece and gave me the wrong soda on a less than busy Sat. Night. Although the fries were salty, they tasted good but the chicken fingers were rather small. Not impressed with my second visit to a Bojangles, I really don't see attraction. read more

Definitely a step up from KFC. Would eat here again. The biscuits were really good. I had the Cajun filet (which is a chicken sandwich) and it was good. The sweet tea and fries were great too. The sandwich comes with a slice of tomato, a piece of lettuce, fried chicken breast, mayo, on a bun. My husband got the chicken strips meal with mashed potatoes and the strips were good too. It reminded me of a nice southern fried chicken meal. read more

It's always Bo time. I love me some fried chicken and fries. This place is excellent and they even use diet oil to get their chicken!!! I don't know what they put in their seasoning, but it must be crack or something. Yeah service is t the greatest but it's not sit down 5 star diner so whatever. You're there for a $5 meal not service. I would be a little grumpy too making $8/hour. I think they have a right to be a little upset by that. Foods excellent and that's what really matters. read more

A local neighborhood place where the servers know all their patrons. Service was fast and very friendly. The biscuits are tender and buttery. Nothing fancy here. Just stick to your ribs good southern breakfast- grits, pancakes, pork (anyway you can serve it), eggs, pancakes, all served hot and with a smile. The unsweetened iced tea just kept coming and kept my husband's coffee cup full and hot.

The woman who was working was working hard, making sure our food was coming out, drinks were taken care of. While there was a little bit of a wait, it was nothing that was upsetting... because... 14 people. A good local place, and if you're looking for something fancy, this isn't the place. If you're looking for really good food, this is the place. They even have a food truck, if that tells you how legit they are. This place is well worth the experience. Golden Corral is our favorite buffet restaurant, and this is the store where we eat the most often…read more We've never been disappointed. Waitstaff are friendly and attentive despite the fact that this restaurant is usually packed full of diners every time we've been here. The dining rooms are clean, pleasant and the tables are well-spaced, which is much appreciated because I use a wheelchair occasionally due to chronic pain. I've never had a problem maneuvering around the dining room or in the bathrooms (a big trouble point when I'm out thus burdened). The food is awesome and there's lots of it. The salad bar has almost every ingredient you can think of, including different fresh fruits and melons if you prefer your salads fruity instead of lettucey (is that a word? Guess it is now.) There's a wonderful station with enormous baked potatoes and all the fixings a tater-lover can deck them out in. Of course there's steak for us carnivores, with shrimp, fried whitefish and hushpuppies if you like some surf with your turf. Veggies? You can have corn, cabbage, french fries, beans, carrots, broccoli and brussel sprouts, just to name few. Prefer chili or soup? Yep, got those too. My personal favorite is their Awesome Pot Roast, it's tender, juicy, and accompanied by roasted celery and carrots. It's better than mom used to make for Sunday dinner, and that's saying something! Try it out, and add some of the wonderful mashed 'taters and gravy to go with it. AND......those wonderful, soft, always-hot and freshly-baked rolls! These are so luscious that it wouldn't be a waste just to come here for those! (Don't forget your honey butter) Dessert? Although I really miss the chocolate fountain, you can still get your chocolate fix with brownies or a Hot Fudge Sundae from their soft-serve ice cream station. But wait! There's more! Grab a piece of pie, marshmallow treats, a piece of cake or some wondrous bread pudding. If you're a Boomer or Gen Xer with fond memories of Tastee-Freeze, you won't want to leave without a cone. We eat regularly at Golden Corrals in Wake and Johnston County, and this is our favorite location. Highly recommend! P.S. Please, corporate, build us one in Goldsboro!

We waited for a table and the server was very aggressive towards me , he was very rude , nasty ,and unprofessional. Seems like he couldn't control his tables and was behind .He's a white male with salt and pepper hair ( closely shaved ), really loud mouth , I would have ask to speak with a member of management but I figured I would just leave this review here and call the corporate office after the holiday. I was totally embarrassed by the way he treated me in front of the other customers , what establishment would even have such a rude , narcissistic individual employed !
