Easily one of my fav sandwich spots! The restaurant is always clean with a good amount of indoor seating. Their menu has lots of tasty options but the brisket is my fav I also love their pickles. I'm a T-Mobile customer and I've never had any issues using the T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon, which is great. The staff are quick and you can tell they want you to have a good experience. Great experience. As you walk in, you're greeted by multiple employees. There was no line so my order was taken promptly. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a medium Hero sub with chips and a drink. My sandwich was overflowing with meat and toppings. It was prepared with just the right amount of everything. The bread was fresh. I enjoyed my sandwich. My only complaint is I didn't receive a pickle. I'm not sure if they still include one with every sandwich or if you have to request one. They use to include it automatically. I came here last weekend with my mom for lunch. The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant was very spacious. Perfect place for lunch. I got a medium Smokehouse cheddar and brisket sub on wheat. It's my usual at Firehouse Subs. The sandwich was delicious from the cheddar to the perfectly cooked brisket. The one complaint I had was the water they had. It tasted like soda water with no flavor. It probably was. I couldn't drink it. I have noticed this before at other sub places where the water isn't exactly water. I think there must be some sort of cross contamination at these places, because I've seen where the water was coming out a pinkish color at their Patton creek location, but this water was clear but tasted carbonated in a way. read more

This place is getting worse and worse! I have been coming to this location for 3 years, not because they are good, but because they are close to where I live. The food is good most of the time is okay ( independence on who makes your sandwich). I really don't write reviews, but the order I got from this location yesterday triggered my anger. I ordered 2 beef brisket sandwiches, and they were the worst I have ever got. The sandwiches were not toasted and unbalanced, and the bbq sauce and mayonnaise were on some portions of the bread , a lot of meat on one side and so little on the other side, and very cold. Also, It didn't include the extra pickles I asked for when I placed my order over the phone and reminded the girl who was making the sandwiches when I arrived ( the sandwiches were still being prepared when I got to the store). The sandwiches were so bad that we had to throw them in trash and got something else to eat. Finally, as always, the service is SHT. Very bad customer service and rude employee most of the time. I have to say there are a few employees who actually care( 2 or 3) people That's it. This will be my last time in this store. read more

Firehouse delivers exactly what it promises. On my most recent visit, my wife submitted heart order online and it was perfectly ready and good to go when I got there to pick it up at the schedule the pickup time. This Firehouse is a regular place to eat for me, but I always have great service here! When I walked in, the line was short, which is typical for this location. My food was finished very quickly, after only about 5 minutes. I ordered for me and my family, and all of my orders came out correctly and fresh (I ordered a medium meatball sub and 2 medium Italian subs)! The staff there were very friendly, which is a nice refresher too. I love their sign spinner! The restaurant was very clean and tidy, and all of the staff followed COVID-19 safety guidelines. The staff all wore masks and gloves, even at the cash register. Customers are also required to wear masks, and they encourage online ordering to avoid crowding inside the restaurant. As far as sustainability goes, I am glad that Firehouse has been using recyclable papers and strayed away from plastics! I think they're doing a fairly decent job keeping sustainable options open. read more

I called them asking for a refund but they refused to give stating That I wasn't on their list, then stated that they made it exactly the way it was requested then stated that door dash gives refund, that they do not make the order but that doordash does. For lunch as I thinking of fast casual places to eat and the first thing I thought of was Firehouse Subs. I've been going to this franchise my whole life so my expectations were high. I wanted to run some errands so I went ahead and ordered online which was simple. Upon, walking in to the restaurant I was immediately greeted by the wonderful staff. They directed me to the online order shelf and gave me everything I needed. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. All of the employees were wearing their masks CORRECTLY, they wore and replaced their gloves, and they themselves were socially distanced at their work stations which is something you don't see very often. There were various hand sanitizing stations around the restaurant and social distancing was enforced. My sandwich was great, everything tasted fresh and the bread was perfect. You can't go wrong with the Hook abd Ladder! Everything except for the straw was made out of paper so they are an environmentally sustainable franchise. This was by far the best firehouse I've ever been to so they definitely earned all five stars. read more

I received the sandwich and drink (albeit the wrong drink), but the pickle and chips were missing :( also, no straw for the drink. Got the King's Hawaiian Pork & Slaw sandwich. It looks delicious online in that photograph they spent hours working on, doesn't it? Well first of all, the restaurant was so dirty. There was gunk on the table I sat at to wait on my food, the table next to me had dirty napkins sprinkled all over it. Maybe it was the teenager who made my sandwich, but it was really unbalanced. Way too much sauce gave it an overpowering sweetness. The bread is too sweet and not toasted, so the sandwich just felt like mush in my mouth. I think this needs something spicy to balance it out.
