Gotta give this place a shout out. We made a pit stop for lunch on the way home to Dallas Texas, and walked in and were immediately greeted by Eugene and his team. Their hospitality was infectious. Eugene helped with our order and was so friendly, engaging, and funny. Made us feel like we'd known each other our whole lives. We watched him manage his team, provide exceptional customer service to the guests dining in and taking out. We were very impressed as there was so much brightness in the restaurant with people getting loved on by Eugene. I haven't seen a franchise like this before. Food came out quick and was really good! He is sending one of HIS ASST MGR to our location with the missing items and a remake on my sandwich! I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service!! I WILL dine again! ********* Ordered a large steak and cheese sub. I asked for no bell peppers and to add extra onions ... instead I received meat, bread, mayonnaise and a few pieces of lettuce. I went in a couple days ago to order their meatball special they had advertise. I didn't realize I was going to have to pay almost $20 for a combo for a half a sandwich as far as quality of the food. Very disappointed I think even my dog did not like the sandwich when I gave it to him, the service was minimal and the ambiance of the place was typical fast food. It's a no for me. read more

We have given this location multiple tries to lacking and/or inconsistent results in regards to the food. What has been consistent is the poor, to unprofessional, to flat out rude interactions with its owner, who unfortunately is ever present. The staff itself has been friendly in my experience, but seems to operate with a level of tension due to the overbearing and disrespectful environment this gentleman creates. As an insignificant but telling example, when entering the store you will be sure to hear a barking at the staff to greet you followed by a listless and morose refrain. read more

The manager here definitely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond for us when his staff was preoccupied. The restaurant was very clean and there was someone constantly sweeping and wiping down tables. Will definitely come back. read more

Wow! I am so glad we tried this place! After church, took the kids for lunch. Let our guest pick and so glad this was his choice. Manager, maybe even the owner, was on site and greeted everyone, made conversation, and made everyone feel welcome. We were all happy with our food, and he later told the kids to get a cookie on him. The boys saw a Lamborghini outside and I noticed it had cones around it. Later made conversation with its owner, who was not an employee. Found out that friendly manager/owner has him park his sweet ride there-- he's a regular at this place. Even the car owner was personable, letting the boys climb in this awesome car worth more/cost more than my two houses combined. Their minds were blown and that cookie treat was icing on their cake! Love this place! Great food and clean restaurant. The manager is an EXTREMELY hard worker and service oriented. I made a mistake setting up my app and accidentally was charged for a sandwiched. I had lunch at this location today. I debated between Caine's and Whataburger but decided I would save a few calories by having a nice sandwich. I am giving this review 5 stars not because of the sandwich, which was very good and made with care, but because of the customer service. I wish I would have gotten the name of the Manager on Duty, middle-aged African American man, so that I could give him the proper respect. I work in operations and often walk into establishments evaluating the cleanliness of the building, the attention to details and the level of customer service provided. It's a bad habit! However, today, I was so pleased! The manager was positively affirming the team as they were working with the busy lunch crowd. He was right there side by side helping. He was greeting customers with the most pleasant smile and supporting his team at the same time. Made my heart happy! In an establishment where the pay may be minimal, it feels good to work for a manager that is positive and appreciates his team. His praise towards his team was genuine. You could tell this was how he was all the time. I will come back just because of the manager! I told him on the way out what a great job he was doing and to keep up the good work!
