No management, one of the kids looked like they had 0 training and j started this morning. He was clueless and was barely making any sandwiches while almost 10 people are waiting to be fed. I am sad to do this review because they are my neighbor and 2 doors down from us. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We have used them for catering when we first opened up and our staff goes there often. We have even seen several of their staff for free if they needed Chiropractic care because that's what neighbors should do, support each other. So that day I ordered a Steamer and took it home. When I started to eat it, the corned beef or pastrami was a weird white color and a texture I've never seen before. I called the store and informed them and said I might be coming back tomorrow. I pulled out 4 pieces of meat and put it in the container and took it in the next day. The owner whom I spoke to a day earlier told me that it was not from Firehouse. I said "it's even in the same container" and asked her "what is this that you all put on the sandwich"? She then said how can we know we messed up your sandwich if you didn't bring it back? I said I threw it away because it wasn't edible. She responds by saying "well if I can't see we messed up we can't do anything". At this point I was irritated and held up the meat and said "so this is what you're serving and you can't even correct this situation". Then she told me to leave now or she will call the police. I said "for what, I haven't done anything other than trying to resolve what happened"? I left and thought it was over but I was wrong. A week later, I'm guessing because I called the corporate office and told them what she had done, she barges into our clinic. I was gone but she was harassing the staff and saying things that were untrue. She said they had an undercover cop in the store who would verify her story. So I began thinking, if that's true, why would she have been calling the police that day on me? She said I acted like a 2 year old and threw a tantrum. Nothing could be further from the truth. I've learned since that she also has been a bully and mean to others in our shopping center. I urge anyone to be cautious if they go there because you just never know what you might get with her. I have never been anything but extremely nice to her, so this was all very uncalled for. She instantly lost our business due to her actions. I will post some pictures of the meat that was served for you all to see. This should never have happened and a place like Firehouse deserves better in an owner that deals with customers. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE ANYTHING BUT A PERSON OF COLOR!!!! I haven't been to this location in years and decided to stop and get dinner on my way home. The lady working the register (the same lady we have ALL MENTIONED IN THE REVIEWS GOING BACK 3 YEARS) was very polite to the older woman who was ahead of my husband and I. After waiting almost 10 minutes for the pair to stop talking we walked up and had to wait for the worker to finish demanding one of the employees to work in the front. She was rude when taking our order and when she saw me pull out my wallet assumed I was paying with my card so I stood there for another 5 minutes waiting on her to take my cash, all while she's berating the poor teenager trying to make the other customers sandwich. Finally she takes my money and I have to wait another 5 minutes for her to actually put it in the register and give me my receipt. Waited around 15 min for our food and left. After getting home we realized that not only did we not get ALL of our order but our 2 sandwiches BOTH HAD COINS IN THE SANDWICH! Naturally I called and was polite at first explaining what happened and the same woman proceeded to argue with me over the phone how "she has cameras and the kids are to broke to do that" so I said fine I'll drive up from NORMAN with less than 10 minutes till close. I got there at 9 PM the door was locked and after having to pound on the door she finally let me in and this is where the shit hit the fan. I put the sandwiches down on the counter and showed her the metal in our sandwiches. She spent 15 minutes arguing with me about how they couldn't have put the coins in the sandwiches, I assume to kill enough time where I couldn't go to another store. I asked for a refund 4 times finally she went to get my money all while screaming at me and screaming at the poor kid that was cleaning up. I pointed it out that she was a disgrace to Oklahoma and was making Oklahoma look bad, my husband is from Missouri and if that had been his first experience of "Oklahoma customer service" that would have made the rest of the entire state look bad, and she tried to play the race card that "anyone with this color" and proceeded to blame our exchange on me being white and her being black. She attempted to try to make me feel low and uneducated many times. It's funny how when you bring up any valid points she goes quiet and then goes back to race. Absolutely terrible location and blown away Firehouse would allow this place to continue destroying the firehouse name. The manager/lady that always takes orders is always bad mouthing customers and cursing at them. I watched an Uber eats driver wait in the slow line like the rest of us get told to "put on a damn mask" and then was told to get out of her line because he will be waiting a while. I was next in line and she tells me...ME...A CUSTOMER "these mother Fu****s think they can just come through the line be pick up a 4 sub orders after 15 minutes". This location has a mask mandate but does not offer masks and turns away customers when they don't have one with them. I watched MULTIPLE family's get turned away. As I was sitting down eating the Manager Was walking around with her mask HANGING ON HER EAR OR IN HER HAND. A couple walked in with no mask and they were advices about needing a mask but didn't have one on them. I told them it's required but yet the manager doesn't wear hers. They said "we're going to the catch" and left, the manager snapped at us and told us she they take them off because they get hot. Awful customer service would not recommend this location to anyone. Closed during advertised business hours of operations. 6 people watched me walk to the front door while the door was locked, well before end of business time they have posted. I called them to ensure the hours of operation were the same, they ensured me it was but decided to lock up so they could upgrade their computer systems. I've never seen a computer tech company come out to the business after 5pm to do an entire software update. They were rude and completely inconsiderate of anyone else's time as clearly their time was more important than their clients. I ordered three subs and all three of them were wrong and one was extremely soggy. One which I specifically said NO ONIONS on because I am allergic and low and behold there are a CRAP ton of onions on it. I couldn't even eat it. I just threw it away. Then there was a kids meal that we asked for lettuce and there was no lettuce and it was also soggy. The bacon ranch one we got was absolutely disgusting looking. The bottom bread was seriously soaking wet like it was dipped in water. I call and speak with the manager THAT SAME DAY and she assures me that we can go in on Thursday and get a corrected order on the house for the hassle since we were too busy WORKING to go back. Speed up to today. I send an employee to pick up the order and the manager is DOWN RIGHT RUDE to her and treated her like absolute crap and wanted to have an attitude because we actually came back for her to fulfill our order. She offered to replace the entire meal. I didn't ask. She offered to give us a corrected order free of charge but then wants to get snippy about it? I really wish I had the time today to be the one to pick up the order because I ASSURE you I wouldn't have allowed her to treat me that way. But my employee is too sweet and nice to say something. I highly recommend the hook and ladder here, it is by far the best sandwich on the market today. First time visiting this place today and the first thing I noticed were the heated subs...and then the prices. $6+ for a sub that's about 6" long is a bit much. I ordered the #9 sub, turkey & ham w/provolone, NOT toasted, with extra mayo, oil & vinegar, NO mustard, NO onions. They got the sandwich right but THE BREAD WAS NOT FRESH!!!! Fresh bread will make or break a good sub. On a scale of 1-10 for taste bud happiness right now, I'm at about a 4. Probably will not return. Maybe they need to do a 'Hot & Ready' light when the bread comes out of the oven like Krispy Kreme...then I would think about trying again. read more

Let me first say I have never been treated so disrespectfully at any establishment. I will not be going back to the Moore location nor will I be recommending this restaurant or any other firehouse subs until the situation is made right. On Friday December 28th I went into the Moore location to pickup a to go order for myself and the entire salon I work at. There were four people (customers) standing there waiting for someone to tell them what to do because there was no line or organization from staff. I walk up to and tell the guy at the counter I am here to pick up a to go order. He replies "you tha one with all tha sandwishes" I then reply yes sir. So then he pulls up the order and tells me the price for the first one I looked at my notepad to see who's order it was so I could pay with the correct persons money. At this point he rudely retorts "if you ain't ready then imma have to skip you". And I said excuse me? As if asking him if he was serious. And he replies at this point "yeah, you heard me, and I don't even care". I look over and see the manger who's is watching the entire conversation, she looks back at me and at him and then does absolutely nothing. I have never been so embarrassed in a restaurant. I work in customer service and would never treat one of my customers that way. It was entirely inappropriate. My favorite is the BBQ brisket sub. The brisket tastes like they smoked it for about a week. It is really tender and really tasty. I love sampling the many hot sauces they carry. We love firehouse subs so we went out of our way to visit the one in Moore. When we walked in the entire staff seemed irritated by our presence (we were the only customers there).
