Happy Monday. Just made enough money to fix my car. As I ride my bike up to get a Jimmy John bootlegger Club I get greeted by the angriest employee there. I could feel her energy a mile away I was gonna cancel my sandwich and go to Jersey Mike's Jersey. Mike's employees are always happy and polite. I don't know. Maybe she had a bad day. What can I say? Disturbingly fast service from this crew! From the time my food order was placed on the app to when it was ready was like some kind of witchcraft! Ambiance here at this time of evening is quiet which makes things easy peasy. I had a big order with combos for the whole family and these folks got me taken care of in no time flat. This location lives up to its tag line "freaky fast." Almost always have gone through the drive thru. I always leave satisfied. Their food is all the standard JJ fare. It's always fresh. The lunch box meal for $10-ish bucks is a good deal-always leftovers. I have actually enjoyed the window service more than once. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT I was at this location to pickup a curbside order but had to go inside because the app wasn't working. One of the employees followed me in from what I assumed was a break because she was coming from the other side of the building. I went and picked up my order as it was the only one on the self and I checked the receipt to make sure it was my order, it was she stopped me by putting her hand on MY CHEST. I just stood there for a few seconds because I wasn't even sure what was happening, cause surely this wasn't real, was it? She then grabbed the receipt and said is this "YOUR order?" I told it was and ran out of there shaking and just wanted to get home. I didn't say anything to my husband for awhile and finally broke down (I've been through some trauma) and told him what happened. We decided to call and get the district manager's information to file a complaint and ask for an apology because at the time that was truly all I wanted. I called this location and happened that the general manager answered and he told me that women that assaulted me was the mother of the district manager and I probably wasn't going to get any response or results. I thought I will try anyway. This manager did say that that have had similar concerns with her and would have another conversation with her. (Not acceptable) I got ahold of the district manager and I explained what transpired with his employee/mother and he responded with "ok" I said " I'm sorry? Wait, I should not be the one apologizing you should be!" And, He replied and said that was right and hung up. To say that I am less than pleased is far from the truth. Just because she is older does not excuse her bad behavior or actions. And she could have put her hands on the wrong person and something so much worse could have happened. I am not going to explain all that this has caused because she feels, as does her son, that this is a normal behavior. All I wanted was a simple apology. I will not be eating at Jimmy John's today, or tomorrow or any time in the future. Their failure to recognize the hurt they have caused is unacceptable. Please do better in the future read more

First visit to any Jimmy John's. Real friendly staff as I walked in the door. Kudos there. What I don't like: 1. A sandwich shop that doesn't have American cheese as an option. Come on, that's a staple. 2. They don't have yellow mustard as an option. Just Dijon. You get mustard packets. Again, yellow mustard is a staple. 3. I placed an on-line order today, 05-16-2017 5:53pm. I've ordered the same thing several times. This time I couldn't eat the food I ordered. The sandwich was bland & dry. I paid extra for X2 avocado X2 tomato & X2 cheese. I couldn't see but a minuscule amount of Avocado & No Mayo at all. I did include to bring me Mayo packs: none where sent! I asked to have sandwich cut in half, it's still whole. The Coke I ordered is incredibly watered down. Tastes like seltzer water with a slight hint of coke. I filled out the comment on service on the website. It goes blank after summiting & stated "Error 404, bummer, page can not be found". Actual quote from website. Very disappointed, I will never order from this location ever again. Update: 1.5 hours later. The restaurant sent me a new order & a $20 gift card. I wasn't expecting this; but I'll take it. I made a small salad of the first sandwich; so it wasn't a total lose. I don't know if they read this post or the actual comment on service page actually went through after the "404" error. (There are several) It seemed like they had plenty and even offered a drive thru. The environment was welcoming and the restaurant was generally clean. Prices: It seemed pretty on par with most sub shops ($3.99-$7.99) Definitely worth it! Staff/Customer Service: The service wasn't bad at all! The young lady at the register was more than happy to help our group of 5. Ordered: The Vitto with Salt and Vinegar pre packaged chips and a drink. The sandwich was really delicious! Salami with provolone cheese, tomatoes, and JJ's sauce on a hoagie roll. Definitely recommend! The chips were a little overly salty, but they were okay! This was my first time to eat here and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, they didn't disappoint. I got a Ham & cheese. I'm not normally a fan of ham, but this was pretty good. The two people I was with also liked theirs. The meat and bread were good and didn't seem overly dressed with mayo, mustard, etc. They were extremely fast like they advertise, but their delivery area is rather limited. My mom lives a mile and half away from this location a block west of 240 and Penn and she is too far for them to deliver to her. A real disappointment to her since she is the one who really liked the sandwiches there and doesn't have a car. Hopefully, this is something that can be changed once they get more drivers or have been open a little longer. Also, stop and read the signs on the walls and on the table. They're all pretty humorous. [Edit: I looked up my Work address off of NW 36th & Portland. I've never had a less than perfect experience and this location is the usual quick and clean as all Jimmy John's are. I ordered online and it was super easy. They even have a drive thru to pick up and order from! I personally get the JJBLT with vinaigrette, peppers, and sprouts! I will definitely be back. Love it! I've had Jimmy Johns in the past at the Edmond location and liked it. Now that I have one on the south side I'll be able to frequent it more often. I do have to drive from Choctaw. But when I get the JJ craving I don't mind the drive! I have had the 8" #5 Italian Vito (too small for me), the giant #9 sub Italian Night Club ( just about right) and the JJ Gargantuan. Just moved near this JJs and went in to grab dinner for myself and a sandwich for my son to take to work. I asked for the veggies to be put to the side on his sandwich since he was eating it later and I didn't want the bread to get soggy. I was told "we can't do that". Thinking maybe I had been misunderstood I explained why I wanted veggies to the side and suggested they simply wrap them in another sandwich wrapper. Again I was refused, this time by a different worker. This is the first time I have ever been refused such a simple request by a sandwich shop or deli and I am amazed at the disregard shown to me as a customer making a simple and reasonable request. I put my order in at 1:25 PM and I receive my order at 1:37 PM. At this time even though it has lunch there are four people inside of the restaurant. Three of them are employees and I am the only customer. The young gentleman, most likely a new employee who took my order took the order properly but must have forgotten to give the order ticket to the back of the house so they could prep the sandwich. The young lady who was prepping the sandwich apologized to me but it was kind of weird that a place that try to south on delivering sandwiches in a quick manner to such a long time for an 8 inch Italian club sandwich. Probably don't think I can visit the same location again but if I did I will have to make sure the cashier that he or she takes a ticket and place is it where it belongs rather than having another employee correct his or her errors. As a frequent customer at this particular Jimmy John's location, I'm compelled to brag on the manager and his crew. There's not a single day I come in that I am not greeted with sincere smiles and friendly service. All of the staff go out of their way to be welcoming, yet quick and efficient. I often sit and work while eating, and have been pleasantly surprised at the friendliness each crew member displays to each other, always. It's apparent they enjoy working there, and that they like and respect their manager, who seems to have a real knack for encouraging his crew while still maintaining strict order. I have ordered countless sandwiches in countless combinations and never once has my order been wrong. The entire restaurant is clean, food is fresh and service unbelievably fast.
