I wish I had a photo of my sandwich! I stopped here during a gas stop on my road trip and just picked the first thing I saw, which was the bbq Cuban. I just expected to curb my hunger, so I got the smallest option. I almost cried, because it was gone so quickly, and it was amazing! I considered going back and getting another, but decided I didn't really need it. All this to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was, and I will keep an eye out the next time I'm in an area that has one. when I got my order it was completely wrong and I waited 20 minutes for it and I was the only one there. I Checked my receipt it had my right order bit they didn't do it right, when I asked for it get changed they didn't it and gave it back and it was the same old thing nothing changed, and still the whole time the staff was rude and did not apologize at all. read more

I was excited to try a sandwich from this location in Perry, but unfortunately my experience with the manager completely changed my mind. She was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude from the start. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and this interaction left such a negative impression that I no longer have any interest in visiting this location--or any of the other locations. I think he is the manager but a friendly guy who was training someone on 2/2/26. He was super friendly, had great customer service skill, and was nice to whoever he was training. Atmosphere was clean and well stocked. Would recommend! read more

I went there on the Friday after Christmas after placing an order online at approximately 10:35 AM. When I arrived at the location to pick up my order, the worker was outside and advised to the store was closed. I told her that I had Just placed an order online and she said that no one was there at the moment to prepare the order. I was in somewhat of a hurry but could have waited 15 minutes or so. But she said it would be 20 to 30 minutes before anyone could fill the order And with her negative attitude I asked could she simply refund my money. She asked me to do it online. I went online and someone online told me I had to do it in the store. So no one wants to pay me the $52.55 that is due me for the food that was never prepared and the order was apparently never canceled. Would not suggest this place in any way based on this experience. read more

Ordered two subs today for pick-up...sandwiches were completely switched. If it had been the bread switched, that is one thing but the meats and extra vegetables and peppers were the switch. $20 down the tubes and this is the second issue we have had when getting take out at the Firehouse Subs. WARNING, this place is the epitome of buns. I'd advise to eat the pottery next door. Walking in this place is tighter than my girls cheeks. No room to walk whatsoever. There's barely enough tables to fit a small village. We then could've finished our drive to Florida, came back, and then waited another decade for our food to come out. We waited an eclipse for the most mid sandwich I've had of all time. The bread was made from the clay next door and the steak tasted like it was seasoned with dirt from the tractor supply across the street. If u come here I'm sorry this place is ball water. I'm praying for ur health and time. If this place catches on fire, I advise they let it burn. Don't call the firehouse. Thank you. read more

Lots of room in their dining room. Plus this location offers a drive-thru. We were driving south on 75 and were happy to find this location. We had a large party and were served fast. Staff was friendly food was delicious! read more

The sign on the door says everyone should wear a mask. The manager has no mask on, one employee has a mask holding up her chin (genius), and one is fully masked. The Perry Ga location should be shut down. I have not been back in over a year due to the abysmal service I had received in the past from its employees and management. Today I decided to try it again and sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes. meanwhile there were at least 3 cars behind me waiting. I received my sandwich and it was not correct and it was not even warm. Based on previous experiences, I decided it was not worth wasting my time to address the cold and incorrect sandwich. Very friendly staff and delicious subs. My favorite is the NY Steamer and I like to lather on their house hot sauce (Captain Sorensen's Datil Pepper). Drive thru is super convenient and online ordering is a great time saver. Really cool side note - The owner Will worked at a Firehouse in high school and after serving in the Army, he decided to pursue his passion to serve the public with some of the best subs around. read more

This used to be a great place but they changed to just drive thru on Sunday. Placed my order online, got their 10 minutes later and have to wait in the drive thru line where it is a safety hazard and lanes are blocked; been waiting in line for over 20 minutes.... Very good sandwiches. Like the drive thru option. I always get either the Italian or the pastrami. The only complaint I have is they always put tomatoes in the sandwich when I ask them not too. I am originally from New Jersey and while these subs don't compare to the subs up there they will do until the time I can move back to New Jersey and get a real Italian sub or pastrami sandwich. read more
