I've given Jersey Mike's a few chances thinking "maybe today is a bad day for them", this is the third time my order was wrong and when mentioning it, I got a dismissive attitude. The lady said, just do a 5 star google review and you can get a free sub. I didn't ask for a free sub, I asked that they not add any mayo or lettuce to my sandwich. They added lettuce and EXTRA mayo (was messy and all over everything, including the bread. I reminded her, no lettuce or mayonnaise. She wiped it off with her hand and paper towel while I was standing there. I asked if she could remake it as it had mayonnaise everywhere, she asked if I was being serious. She did remake it with the same gloves she used to wipe the mayo off but slapped it together and asked if that was "better for me". I took the sandwich, paid my tab and left. I rarely leave reviews, I understand mistakes, but at least be friendly, apologize and not be so rude. I'll skip Jersey Mikes rotation until something changes. 3 times and I'm out.
