Since my last review, I've came a few times because they have a 5$ off code that seems to be reusable on their app and also it's without minimum spend. So you can literally just get like 2 brownies and apply the code and get it for free. It's "HOTSUBS" if it still works. I've since tried the Hook and Ladder and their Firehouse Captain's Club and both sandwiches were very delicious. The Firehouse Club is essentially a spicy grilled chicken sandwich with their special hot sauce, hero sauce, and crushed pepper flakes. It was really good and tangy. The Hook and Ladder sub though was honestly my favorite of the sandwiches I've had so far. It comes with Smoked Turkey Breast and Honey Ham and the meat was so tender and soft. It wasn't salty at all. My main concern was that the deli meats would be too salty. But it was perfect. I really do like place for sandwiches but I do think that their prices are a bit pricey. I mean they aren't really big sandwiches and most of them cost $11.99-15.99 for a medium (8 inch sub). They definitely don't skimp on the meat though as you can see from my pictures. So I would definitely still come back when they do have deals which seems to be pretty often to be fair. I am interested in trying their New York Steamer next. I love the subs from Firehouse! Now I know what quality tastes like! I am never usually a fan of subs but the meatball sub, the brisket, and honestly everything I've tried thus far has been delicious! You are also able to pick your toppings on Uber Eats which was not an option prior. I haven't tried any other sub speciality restaurant besides subway (yuck!) to compare..... but I would highly recommend this place! Delicious! Nomnom! read more

Dynamite Meatball Sub! Definitely the best of the subs I've tried so far. Better meatball sub than Mr. Sub, and don't even mention Subway in the same conversation, that's an insult. I've also tried the brisket and cheddar, as well as the Italian sub, and the meatball is definitely the best of the bunch so far. The other two were solid, but the brisket didn't grab me because I'm not much of a barbecue sauce guy - even when I'm eating actual barbecue, I prefer just the dry rub. And the Italian sub had a sweetness to it that was not my ideal of a nice tangy Italian, spicy olives & vinegar kind of kick, along with the veggies and cold cuts. I'll stick to the italian deli/bodega for those. That said, all the subs are quite good, miles ahead of anything offered by the ubiquitous Substandard-way, but for my money the Firehouse meatball+pepperoni+provolone is definitely the best of the bunch, and worth a trip, or Skip Da' Dishes order. I don't normally post but this was ridiculous. Brutal service. Ordered a sub plain for my daughter. Just Turkey and bread said nothing else. Had the lady repeat it. Nothing else. 15 mins later when we arrived home after my daughter bit into it, they had put ranch sauce on it. Called and they said "oh didn't realize nothing meant no sauce either." My daughter couldn't eat it and the best he could do was offer a free sub next time. While this meal was ruined. read more

I did an uber pick up for my order so i can pick up my food during my lunch break and it said the wait time was 1 hour which is ridiculous for a sandwich. Granted there was a BOGO going at the time so there might have been a lot of orders, but there were no customers inside the store when I came in nor were there any uber drivers waiting to pickup food so I don't understand why I had to wait that long. I came a little earlier than the pick up time on my app and when i asked for an eta one of the employees were acting rude towards me and when I sat down to wait for my order the same employee was giving me attitude because I was sitting in the table that she wanted to clean. read more

Went in with a coworker during lunch break. Polite servers and good location as it was a short drive from work. Though, honestly, I do feel a little cheated on my toppings. Barely any lettuce or tomato. My sandwich felt like it was 80% mayo. It was probably my fault, I'll be sure to ask them to go light on it if I ever go back. ~~Side note, the employees looked a little depressed and defeated. Their little welcome chant when I walked in was great and they were super nice whenever they interacted with us but slowly I could see them sinking back to their original demeanours. Kind of made me sad, hope they're being treated well. A colleague and I went for lunch on May 6, there were approximately 7 people working. We were not greeted upon entering the store and none were particularly interested in taking our order. It was extremely uncomfortable to work into a restaurant when the staff treat you like your not welcome. As a matter of fact the two young ladies were arguing as to whom would actually take our order. When one finally decided to assist again there was not greeting just a side eye. Once the orders were complete they were just thrown on the counter no explanation as to which on was which. Upon returning to our office, one of the sub was incorrect, it was the wrong size and wrong sandwich. This is the closest Firehouse Subs to my work location and I really enjoy the product, however I will not return to this location. Bad attitude, bad experience, bad product! read more

My little brother had to wait over 45 minutes for his sandwich because the cashier (the name tag said Mary) misspelled his name and the staff didn't know who to give his sandwich to and he didn't know what sandwich was his. I'm very disappointed in this service, you'd think they'd be able to know how to spell Sam. read more

I had the brisket sub, it was delicious and incredibly filling. It definitely surprised me, I'm not usually a sub fan.

We went there and my wife ordered a roast beef sub and I ordered a steak and cheese. They had to refund and charge me again because they had no roast beef. While I was waiting for my order I saw the girl have a bag in her hand pouring out liquid from my steak and cheese sub, but I didn't ask her anything. I asked her if she had roast beef there and she said yes, I said so why did my wife get a roast beef sandwich is because it wasn't cut, I asked why don't you cut it, and they said they're not allowed they have to wait for the cutters to come in. Full of crap if I've ever heard. One large sub and one medium sub as I do not sell small subs $27. They gave me my sub and my wife enjoyed hers and mine fell apart I had it with my fingers because the Bread was drenched through and through. The worst part about the sub is there is so much salt that I couldn't finish the sub. I asked where the manager was and she said the manager just left It was 5 o'clock, so I asked who's in charge she said no one, but she was the team leader. I asked where the head offices and one of the fellows said I think it's in United States but wasn't too sure, I wanted to log a complaint but they didn't know who to contact. I was wandering around waiting for my sub and found a note on the wall on comments. These are the best subs I have ever tried! Qualify ingredients and huge portions. Will definitely be going back!
