I got the chance to eat some of Fireman Freddie's while I was at Bonesaw Brewery in Glassboro. I had the brisket sandwich and my wife had a pulled pork sandwich. The brisket was served with homemade pickles and I got the Carolina on my mind sauce. It was AMAZING!! It was so juicy and the sauce and pickles went perfectly with it. My wife's pork sandwich came with an awesome coke slaw on it and she got the root beer barbecue on it. It was so good we barely wanted to stop eating to talk to each other or dink our beers. If you want BBQ in the Philly/South Jersey area, I can't think of anywhere you could get better than this! He is frequently at Bonesaw and I've seen him at duffields. I will definitely be following him to get more!!

Fireman Freddie's truck pulled into venue for easy serving!

I got my lunch when they were parked at Bonesaw Brewery in Glassboro, NJ. My food was good and the portions big. A little on the salty side.

Jeremiah the owner was super easy to work with and very accommodating. Penelope is amazing and the employees loved her. She joked with us and was so personable when serving. The day of my event was perfect, and the food was delicious. Large portions done very well, Mac and Cheese and shrimp tacos were my personal favorite; however the remainder of the options for my event were equally delicious. I hosted 100 people for a surprise birthday party and everyone in attendance pretty much complimented the food. The two staff members working my event couldn't have been nicer, friendlier, accommodating, and down to earth; they even needed to help trick the birthday boy as he approached the establishment for his event, they did AWESOME and we had some good chats and laughs in between. It rained off and on the day of my event and the covered awning on the truck came in super handy and made the bouts of rain that came and went that make easier to manage. I highly recommend Jeremiah's Food Truck Catering company for your next event, you will not be disappointed that you decided to work with Jeremiah and his team.

I had been wanting to catch them on one of the other many Fridays they announced being in our area and finally made it. I did not use there app to pre-order. I decided to make my way to the mall and grab a lunch/dinner and one of the blue berry Maine Root soda. S to go with it. I ordered the Lobster Grilled cheese (which I was pleased to see came with tater tots even though I did not realize that from the menu description). And the Maine roll. The service was rather quick. This was in part to: there not being any line to wait, the use of the credit card for payment, and the kind cashier taking the orders and dispensing them once they were ready. The wait time for the food was about within 10 of placing the order. Maybe less. The grilled cheese was luxurious. The chunks of lobster meat and the quantity of gooey cheese were the right ratio to my taste. The tater tots were crunchy. I decided to add my own Mike's Hot honey to switch up the flavor a bit. But, there really is no need. Later that evening, I took my cold Maine roll out of the fridge and this was equally well stuffed and flavorful. I would definitely consider making the splurge again. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon. The wind was brisk so not the best for hanging around to enjoy the meal outside if you'd bring a folding chair. Still, worth the round trip ride to grab what turned out to be my lunch and dinner for the day. Thanks to the @Cousins Maine Lobster -Freehold for adding our area to their culinary rounds.
