They got my apartment packed up quickly and packed my 21' U-Haul like a puzzle, leaving no empty space. The problem was they just weren't careful. I rented 36 packing blankets and they only used 14 in the entire truck. This left a ton of furniture vulnerable to damage and that's exactly what happened. The most damaged piece was actually a bookcase that they slid across a lip in the truck scratching the entire thing. The second piece was our kitchen table. They only wrapped it in plastic and stacked another large piece of furniture on top of it with no padding between. I took pictures documenting all of this and asked how to file a claim the very next day. Vanessa promptly emailed me back and made it seem like it would all be taken care of. A month later I get a letter in the mail saying everything was denied. I emailed them again giving them the opportunity to make things right, but it was radio silence. So in the end, I paid the company $175, gave each mover a $30 tip, and I ended up having about $270 in damages and no recourse. Will never use them again and recommend you steer clear if you value your stuff.

They got everything done within the estimated time, assembled a few things like my bed, and offered to take care of any last-minute shifting of furniture before they left. They made me feel like they understood it was a stressful day, and they did everything to make sure I knew my belongings were in good hands.
