Timberwood has been more then a builder...they have been almost like a concierge. Many of us in their development leave our key with them. When I forgot something when we left (garbage-ugh!), they took care of it. When our car blew its starter at the cabin. they arranged towing, recommended a place to fix it, and took us to a rental car. What kind of service is that from a developer/builder, after they make the sale? Jeff is easy to work with, is very concerned with his product, and works closely with his clients. You can trust him to do what he says he will do. And, importantly, you get a lot of quality for the money....I compared locally and am very happy that we discovered Timberwood Development. This is the second time this year I've called out Mundy's. (Not for the same issue)…read moreBoth times I've been VERY pleased with response time, dependability, quality of work done, support staff and my technician John. What was projected to be a $500+ job turned out to be $300 due to the tech troubleshooting and finding out that the part was not the more expensive part, but 2smaller parts that cost considerably less. Like most, I don't know the details of such a job. He could've charged me for the more expensive part plus the others. I wouldn't have know any better. He said "my job is to fix your problem in the most inexpensive way possible ". I HIGHLY recommend!
