No drama. No pressure. Just results. He's friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell he actually cares about solving the problem--not just padding a sales quota. The company as a whole is a breath of fresh air: honest, reliable, and actually shows up when they say they will. Imagine that! If you're tired of endless waiting, sky-high estimates, and feeling like just another number--call Jeff. You'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Highly recommend.

Quinn, a highly-trained and very competent Certified Master RV electical technician was phenomenal. He came out and did a professional and courteous job. Plus, he's just a helluva nice guy. Quinn got the old Transfer Switch out and the new one installed quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about Quinn. I strongly recommend Quinn and Temple RV to anyone who needs an honest, highly-qualified electrician working on their rig. When I return to Charlotte in future winters, if I need any help with my RV, my first and only call will be to Temple RV... no one else.

This guy knows his stuff and will shoot you straight. Very important to have someone like that when making a purchase like this. He also was able to guide us along as we were finding a new truck that would be able to tow the trailer. 5-Stars across the board at this place!! Oh, and by far the best selection anywhere in North Carolina. We drove from Durham because of that and are so glad we did.

I have single handedly had the worst RV shopping experience of my life at Uwharrie RV. I called 2…read moremonths ago to get an idea of what we could get for our trade in. We were given a general idea of what we could expect to receive over the phone. So today I drove for over an hour to check out one travel trailer at this business. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours to talk to someone about the camper after going to view it alone without a salesperson. I was never given an actual walkthrough of the camper. I was placed with Gene after looking at the camper myself. Gene brought us inside and proceeded to get a quote for our trade in. I told Gene what I was told over the phone, and that I would like to get close to that after they came back with a very very low offer on our trailer. Gene proceeded to tell me that no one at Uwharrie RV gives general amounts on trade in values over the phone. I was incredibly offended and felt like I was being called a liar. I told Gene that I did in fact have that conversation with someone from their business and that I was not a liar. He decided to cross-check that with a guy in finance who did not confirm or deny that I could have had that conversation on the phone with someone. It was incredibly insulting to be sitting there while they were questioning my honesty. It was actually quite disgusting to me. I'm tired at this point and don't feel like these two guys are taking me seriously. I ask the finance guy Chris what is the most they can give me for my trade in and he proceeds to tell me that 2 months ago my trade in was in fact probably worth what I was told on the phone, however now it is worth far less. He then proceeds to make a joke about how if I had brought in a better brand of camper, he would have given me thousands more and laughs. Now at this point nothing is funny to me. I have been at this place for 3 hours, 2 of which I waited to even see someone, and Chris thinks it's the right time to make a joke. I finally got up and walked out. Thankfully I left with my dignity unlike the two men that I dealt with today. I will never be back and I will make sure I tell anyone I know looking for a camper not to go to Uwharrie RV.

If I could give a "half star" I would. Just got off the phone with Marshall. I was inquiring…read moreabout why the coach batteries had stopped charging from the engine alternator when the engine is running. And also inquired about adding a DC to DC charger. He told me it wasn't possible that the coach batteries were ever charging from my alternator (wrong), and that in order to charge them the coach would have to be plugged in or the generator running (wrong again). I told him I disagreed and that I had a Lithium battery with an app that showed the charge of 75 Amps to the battery when the engine was running. Then he told me I had fouled everything up by replacing the lead acid with a Lithium and that my charging system was all wrong. I informed him that the converter had been upgraded to accomodate a lithium charge profile, and that one of the items I inquired about in my message was installing a DC to DC charger to regulate this while driving. After a few more hems and haws I finally said I get the impression you either dont want to look at it or dont know how to do it. He then got angry and said he was just trying to get the "coach history" and ended by saying he wouldnt look at it due to "extensive modifications". LMAO....swapping a battery and upgrading the converter is extensive modifications? Save the dime...call someone who knows what they are doing.
