No drama. No pressure. Just results. He's friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell he actually cares about solving the problem--not just padding a sales quota. The company as a whole is a breath of fresh air: honest, reliable, and actually shows up when they say they will. Imagine that! If you're tired of endless waiting, sky-high estimates, and feeling like just another number--call Jeff. You'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Highly recommend.

Quinn, a highly-trained and very competent Certified Master RV electical technician was phenomenal. He came out and did a professional and courteous job. Plus, he's just a helluva nice guy. I strongly recommend Quinn and Temple RV to anyone who needs an honest, highly-qualified electrician working on their rig. I first used this company years ago and the owner came out and was great. On this visit an employee came out to do a few repairs: 1. Replace my hot and cold water lines on my washer/dryer combo. Unfortunately, on my next rv trip I quickly learned that he did NOT reconnect the dryer vent and the rv quickly heated up. The washer dryer will now need to be pulled out and reconnected properly. 2. Reconnect the trim pieces on 2 different slides that were pulled off the slide when closing and items were behind them. UNFORTUNATELY, the craftsmanship was horrendous. Some finishing nails were not completely hammered in, nail holes were left Unfilled with putty and the few nail holes that were filled were not smoothed out leaving mounds of putty on the wood. More UNFORTUNATE news is that as a result of the poor quality of work, both trim pieces fell away from the slide while camping. The job will need to be redone. 3. Adjust the vent cover on the roof as it was blocking the vent from closing all the way. UNFORTUNATELY, this was not corrected. This work racked up an few hundred dollars and all of it needs to be redone. All of it. I sent many pics and videos to the owner who I understand no longer lives in NC and I never heard anything back. I would have much preferred him to come out and correct the errors but this did not happen and after giving them several months to respond I want to inform other RVers of my experience.

He's the best we've found and would recommend him to anyone in need of RV repair!

He told me it wasn't possible that the coach batteries were ever charging from my alternator (wrong), and that in order to charge them the coach would have to be plugged in or the generator running (wrong again). I told him I disagreed and that I had a Lithium battery with an app that showed the charge of 75 Amps to the battery when the engine was running. Then he told me I had fouled everything up by replacing the lead acid with a Lithium and that my charging system was all wrong. I informed him that the converter had been upgraded to accomodate a lithium charge profile, and that one of the items I inquired about in my message was installing a DC to DC charger to regulate this while driving. After a few more hems and haws I finally said I get the impression you either dont want to look at it or dont know how to do it. He then got angry and said he was just trying to get the "coach history" and ended by saying he wouldnt look at it due to "extensive modifications". LMAO....swapping a battery and upgrading the converter is extensive modifications? Save the dime...call someone who knows what they are doing.

My Wife and I kept our camper at TJ's for almost two years. One of the reasons we chose this…read morefacility was because of the "perceived" security. TJ's website says you don't have to worry about people messing around with your camper, but should anything happen, TJ's master insurance policy "will make sure everything is taken care of". The website also states that they include a tire boot for all units stored outdoors. Our camper was stolen from TJ's almost two months ago in the middle of the night. The thrives breached the padlock gate, hooked up to our travel trailer, and drove away in less than 5 minutes. You might ask why the tire boot didn't stop them. Because their was no boot on the camper and their never had been the entire time we stored it there, to my knowledge. So much for security. We found out about the theft late the next day, after the police called us. Thomas, the owner, didn't give us that courtesy. When we asked what he thought had happened. He stated that although he didn't know for sure, it looked like the thieves could have used a key on the padlocked gate, which would indicate an inside job. Over the next two months, we called Thomas every few weeks to get an update on the insurance investigation, as he never proactively reached out to us. He initially told us that he had well over $100K worth of insurance and everything would be taken care of. After that, he never had any information for us except "They're working on it." He actually had the audacity to be rude a couple of times my Wife called him, almost as if he couldn't be bothered with speaking to customers of his who had their property stolen while it was in his care. Yesterday, we finally spoke to his insurance company and were notified that they would not be covering the loss. I still haven't gotten a good reason why. I immediately called Thomas to see if he planned to honor his word. He stated that he never told me everything would be taken care of. Basically, he has washed his hands of the whole ordeal and is accepting no responsibility. To make matters worse, he didn't even give us the courtesy of telling us directly, instead he called my Wife and gave her the phone number to his insurance company and said "She should call them." I won't make a recommendation as to whether or not you should do business with TJ's, but you should know that the security and insurance policy that they tout aren't as advertised and in our case, if you have a problem you'll be left to handle it on your own. We are very disappointed with how we were treated and by the ethics Thomas demonstrated.
