Made an appointment for tires two days before, arrived 10 minutes before, it was like I never existed. tires done in about two hours, but had to wait for alignment check. they parked the car in the back. I paid, went to get the car and it was blocked in by 18 wheeler delivering tires. Had to wait for 45 minutes. Place was not very clean and the smell of oil was heavy in the air. would not come here ever again. read more

Offered a half price oil change for health care militarily etc. I arrived early for appointment 15 minutes past that time vehicle went in. There was the usual you also need this and that done. Price quote for new tires were more than other places. It took 1:25 for an oil change. read more

Came in around closing and was told my car hadn't even been looked at. No oil change nor diagnostic. Told me I would be the second car in the morning to be looked at - needless to say I left. Appointments are absolutely pointless here. They will waste your time. I've waited 6+ hours in the past for an oil change. Took my car in a time prior for a $100+ diagnostic and was only told I had a bad battery. Took it to another shop where they found a massive oil leak only a day later. Asked to check tires sensor. Got truck back tire sensor still not ready. I called guy was rude, they said they did check, so I asked if you checked you didn't tell me and why wasn't notified it was broke. Then they tell me couldn't set other sensors because the one was broke I asked them to check cause they all have to work to set them. Went to other place they said that was completely wrong. Poor and slow service each time I have brought vehicles in. Customer service is lacking, and often you are ignored. Warranty work/balancing rotating tires after said tires were bought here is not a priority, and you're going to always wait even with an appointment. I do think their work is solid, but why can't you ever get the customer in and out in a reasonable time frame? 4 new tires and front brakes, 4.5 hours. Remove a tire and replace 2 hours. Both with appointments. They also try to encourage unnecessary work. Why would I want to add a transmission flush and spend more time here? I did have a tire light problem they couldn't fix, and they honored and paid for the work I had to get completed at the dealership. WiFi also does not work, and there is hardly any cell service here I guess Bc of the building type. Working WiFi would really be nice when you're waiting this long especially when you have young children in tow. read more
