We are in town for just a few days and had a flat. We called a few other places but they couldn't help us for several days. We called Firestone and Eldridge helped us out in just a few hours even though they had to order the tire from another location. Eldridge went out of his way on his day off to go pick up the tire so that our trip wasn't delayed. Unbelievably friendly and helpful. They had great communication and both emailed and called as soon as the tire was available. And the price was super reasonable!! read more

The Firestone in Davenport at North Park Mall has absolutely 0 professionalism. After my truck was towed to their location for a next morning appointment, my keys were left in their drop box just like I was instructed to. So I stop by the shop the next afternoon on my lunch break expecting my work to be completed only to find not only have they not started but was unaware that my vehicle was there and they had no keys for it. After calling me a liar they actually located my keys in the drop box and their mechanic told himself no one had checked the drop box prior to this. At this point I paid to have my vehicle towed to away from their property to be worked on never to return and would not recommend them mainly for poor customer service and poor accountability. read more

Firestone in Davenport has always been good to me. I've taken my Audi Q5 and Toyota Camry hybrid for services at this location. Firestone provides great value and expert mechanics. I'm always happy to take my car here and they are always flexible with scheduling around my last minute needs. Most recently I dropped of my Camry for a issue with the A/C / heat that some how resolved it self but Firestone went through extra precautions to ensure the issue was resolved/handled. Multiple technicians were used to try to diagnose the issue I explained but it some how hmmm corrected itself. They did a thorough check and multiple independent checks to ensure there were no other issues or obstructions. I appreciate them fitting me in and taking precautions to ensure my vehicle stays on the road. read more

I bought a used Chevy Silverado off of a private seller with a couple warning lights on I wanted to have diagnosed. The warnings were tire pressure, air bag and wiper fluid, so I took it in to this Firestone location to check all the fluids and make sure there weren't any glaring problems. I was told all of the problems were erroneous, but if I wanted to fix the dash warnings I'd probably have to take it into a dealer to mess with the computer. Fair enough. Driving from Davenport to Des Moines I realized the wiper fluid didn't work at all so I tried the most basic solution and bought wiper fluid. I poured the entire bottle in because it was bone dry - which also fixed that dash light problem. Since then I've come to realize my power steering fluid is very low. Real thorough job technician NOEL. Topping off fluids has got to be the most novice thing any "technician" can be responsible for so I'm nervous these guys did absolutely nothing but take my money. There are plenty of reputable places to get your vehicle serviced. I'd avoid this one. read more

This used to be a good place to take your car. Too many problems to list but I'll try. Bill is a condescending douche. They fix one thing and break another. They install brand new tires (purchased right there at Firestone) and the tires leak air 1 week later. No joke. In the last 7 years I have had 2 emergency brake lines fail in 2 different vehicle within 1 week of Firestone servicing the vehicles. Firestone is a complete scam and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I would not recommend using this facility. After getting my wipers and tires replaced my wiper started acting very strange and then just stopped working. I called and was told it was something I did because of the snow. This happened two days after getting my wipers done. Come to find out somehow it got loose which I wasn't having a problem with before I went there. Not only that the wiper fell of, they gave my two drivers side wipers, and I found one of my old wiper in the engine. Why were they in my engine when I was getting my wipers replaced and my tires fixed? After all was said and done I payed almost 600 for the tires and wiper and an additional fee of 65 because my wiper suddenly got loose. I don't trust Firestone and I say if you have another option you should probably go there. Firestone is not out to build outlasting relationships with customers, plus this wasn't my first time getting stung by Them. I will be taking my business else where. read more

I'm disappointed with service every time I come to the Davenport Iowa store. This time I recently had my tires rotated, and they did not set the monitoring system. We were 1000 miles from home and had been struggling all day to adjust tires to correct pressure. I called the store and was told that they didn't do anything wrong that the car should automatically reset when they rotate. I stopped at Firestone in New Port Richey, Florida and watched them reset the system tire by tire with a monitor and the horn beep every time going tire by tire. I have also had other experiences where tires were not balanced even though I was charged, hub caps have flew off on at least 3 occasions. read more

I had an emergency issue arise with my truck and call 1st thing Monday morning. I expected the 'we're booked solid this morning but if you leave it, one of my guys may get to it!' That's not what happened. Gordy said to come on in and we'll get you all fixed up and back on the road. So I took the drive over to their shop explained what had happened and what I thought needed to be done he said all right I'll get right on it to half hours later I'm driving away completely fixed happy price was decent and I didn't have to waste a whole day sitting in town waiting for someone to come take a look at it. Thank you Gordy for you and your technician helping me stay on schedule and getting me fixed and not losing the whole day. They took care of everything that I suggested and make sure that my vehicle was safe and didn't try to upsell add on's to me. First the good. No appointment needed which is really nice. Though they appeared to be busy I got in right away for an oil change. Waiting room is clean with a TV. The people working there were friendly and quick. The best Firestone I've been too so far. Now the downside ... and there was only one thing. I don't care for people trying to convince me my car needs a lot of stuff and services it doesn't need. I do most of the car work myself but hate doing the oil changes because of the recycling issues. This place is good shop in a great location. Worth the visit. read more

Bill is not a nice person! He is very moody, one minute he's nice, the next a complete jerk. The service is mediocre at best.
