March 16th on a Monday I went to try to get my oil but it was icy and I have a skid plate underneath my car and they couldn't get it off because the clips were frozen. So after I left on Monday and I didn't get that oil change, I started smelling an oil smell in my car that was right. Well, I come back on Tuesday and got my oil changed. Finally I popped my hood and I found out they forgot to put my oil cap on oil was shooting out the whole time on Monday when I was driving another thing too after having that big oil mess in my engine bay didn't really clean it. They're just squirted stuff on it. They didn't wipe it. Like this is really serious, but they don't think it is because if I happen to lose too much oil and if I never came back, then my car would've been messed up.. Also when taking off the skid plate underneath my car they broke the clips so then they had a zip tie. They weren't very professional and they took a long time. I had to be the one cleaning up the oil mess in my engine bay because I was getting headaches of the oil fume coming through my vents. The technicians need to be retrained. They need to pay better attention because something serious could happen like for example if I wouldn't of been able to come back and if I kept on not knowing my oil, cap has been off the whole time that could've really messed up my car I do not recommend going to this place because the technicians pay attention and need to be . read more

Received service on my Mazda3 including replacing an engine air filter. Apparently they did not reinstall the filter correctly that resulted in a check engine light one week later. Had to take it to dealership for diagnostic and adjustment. I contacted Take5 through their "contact us" webpage to report this and ask for reimbursement of the dealership charge. I'd like to report that I was reimbursed but I was not. More disappointing is that as of this writing 9 days later they have not even acknowledged my message to them. Outrageous prices and poor service. Oil change was $73.99 and then they added a $3.99 "Shop Service Charge." Total with tax was $83.44. Plus I waited at least a half hour. We've done business with these people for years, now apparently ownership has changed. I witnessed the manger up-sell a lady a cabin air filter telling her "manufacturer recommends it be changed every 6 months." He didn't show it to her, tell her it was dirty or needed changed. They were taking oil from large crated containers in a milk jug and pouring it in people's engines. We won't be going back! read more
