I damaged 2 tires in a pot hole incident and was barely able to limp to this location. I did not have an appointment. But, I was tended to immediately to assess the tires which were nearly completely on rims after stopping a few times to air them up on the way. They both needed replacement. The tires I needed were not available locally. But, they were replaced under warranty with a better model for a very reasonable cost. This location cannot be topped. All of the employees are extremely customer driven every time I have been there. I drive nearly 10 miles to this location despite being less than 1 mile from another Firestone location. AT NO POINT IN TIME SHOULD YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE DEER PARK LOCATION! I entrusted Deer Park with fixing my evaporator core on my truck in July 2024, not only did I take my truck there for the initial repairs but I allowed 4 opportunities for them to correct the issues! They not only robbed me for services never properly rendered but even after multiple trips back they never fixed ANY OF the issues they created! So now I have water puddling on my floorboard, upholstery ruined, hardware missing throughout my dashboard and ac housing unit but now have an even more heftier expense bringing the total up to $10K! Then to top it off this social care email address they give gets you no where! I've called and emailed and even left voicemails to the claims department supervisor Nick Garfield and Seth Byrd who NEVER CALL BACK OR ANSWER THE PHONE and they're social care email address is likely AI or prompts because ultimately they give you the run around with telling you to take the same avenue that you've already exhausted!! Terrible customer service. I scheduled a service ahead of time and when I arrived, they refused to do the work because of the weather. They accepted the job over the phone, but did not have the facility to accommodate my trailer and since it was sprinkling rain outside, they refused to do the work. I went down the street to another tire shop and got the job done in 30 mins. Don't waste your time there. read more

I will never come to this location again. I asked them to patch my tire I think there is a nail. The man said nothing about it having a nail and told me I need new tires and said he wouldn't patch it. Said something about my tires being illegal. My tires are not bald. There is tread on the tires. Poor customer service to allowed a customer to leave with possibly a nail in the tire. I've talked with my father he is a master mechanic and he told me my tires are not illegal. read more

While driving down center, we realized that our tire had 6 PSI. We immediately drove to Firestone and they fit us in immediately. Thankfully, a screw had punctured the tire right where the tread is. After a short wait, they had our tire patched and aired back up....for free! The customer service was fantastic, the chairs in the waiting area were comfortable and they had free coffee. Worse comes to worse, there is a Taco Bell and a CVS within walking distance. read more

Had a wonderful experience today at the Deer Park location! Had just finished traveling across Houston and the tire pressure light came on in my 2018 Honda Accord Sedan Touring 1.5T. This particular model gives no pressure levels nor does it even tells you which tire is the problem. I'm an IT Professional and while I can build a computer that looks and runs like a spaceship, when it comes to cars I'm at the mercy of the Auto Processionals. To compound my issue, it's already 530PM on a Saturday and Discount Tire is closed (which is pretty strange to close that early on a Saturday of all days..) and my family and I are taking a trip the following morning. I needed to get this issue sorted and sorted quickly. I called this Firestone location and was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. When I explained my issue there was no hesitation in asking me to bring it on in and they'd take a look for me. This was already a huge relief as I was worried they'd say they were booked up or wrapping up for the day. When I arrived the gentleman that checked me in took my info promptly, explained what they were going to do first and they immediately brought my car into the bay. Couldn't have been more than 10 minutes and my car was ready! Long story short, no issues with my tires, pressure was checked on all and it was good, full damage check and all were good, explained to me why this type of false positive triggers in my particular model of vehicle, reset the alarm code, and at NO CHARGE! Even after asking what I owed them for it I was told there was no charge for this. As someone who is a self professed vehicle dummy, it was a completely refreshing experience and drove me to not just wrote this review, but will be spreading word of mouth and bringing my vehicle back when it's time for new tires! The store was immaculate, clean, offered amenities, and had one of the cleanest restrooms I've seen in a public place. I'm talking one of those clean restrooms where you treat it like your own and clean up after yourself very well. Highly recommend due to professional, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. This place was across the street from the apartment I lived in last year and I used it several times because of the convenience. I wish I had NEVER gone. The first time I went was to replace a tire. The only thing horrifying about this job was the price, outrageous. The second time I came here was to repair a leak in my back passenger side door. Water was getting in somehow and sitting in the floor boards. They charged me $50 to put a line of black caulk on a small section of the doors weather stripping. The problem was not resolved. I took it back to have them look at the door again, seeing as how I paid to have it fixed. Also my check engine light came on and I wanted to see what was up. They told me it would cost another $50 to diagnose the door leak to have it fixed, I declined. What was the first $50.00 I paid you for? Then they charged me ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS to run a computer check on the engine light. I could have gotten this done for free at Autozone, thank you. My expensive diagnostic test revealed a problem with my catalytic converter, oh and also there's an alignment issue that I have got to have repaired right away. I didn't ask you to look at that. "The new cat converter is only going to be $1,200.00 and the other issue, only several hundred more. Oh you can't pay up front, why don't you get one of our credit cards to pay for it?!" When I declined saying I needed to figure something else out, the guy talking to me LAUGHED IN MY FACE and said "yeah that is expensive, isn't it!" Never before have I felt so cheated and remorselessly ripped off. I will never ever go to another Firestone, or buy any of their products. read more

I took my car here for an alignment and new tires. I was about to go out of town (800 miles round trip) so I wanted to make sure I my car was good to go. When I got in the car, it showed the air was low. I went back in and the lady said it was fine and would go away after so many miles. I repeated again that I was about to drive a very long distance. The alignment didn't seem to be right either. The light never went away and I had to bring the car back after my trip because the alignment was still off and the low air light was still on. Fast forward a couple of months later and my husband takes his truck to Firestone. He had some work done and last night we noticed some major clicking when he turned the wheel. He looked and noticed something was disconnected. FIRESTONE DID NOT RECONNECT IT WHEN WORKING ON THE TRUCK. He took it back to them this morning and asked them to fix it. One would think that if it was Firestone's screw up that they would put that customer first in line....NOPE. They said it would be a 3-4 hour wait. So learn from us...two vehicles that we have had serviced at this Firestone in Deer Park and twice they didn't finish the job. read more

I believe it was Bob who helped me out. When we first walked in we were greeted immediately and he was so friendly. I left my car to get checked out and he called shortly regarding my vehicles issues. He told me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait if I couldn't afford it right away. I called to tell him I was going to pick my car up as it was a pretty simple fix and I knew someone who would do it for me. He was very understanding! Most times I dread going to auto mechanics but Bob made it for an pretty good experience! I would 100% bring my car back here, all because of how awesome the customer service was! read more

We called them as we were checking out oil change prices. They beat Walmart by 30 bucks, before coupon for the same service. We had spoken to Joshua on the phone. He gave us a price, then told us to use the online coupon. We got there about 30 minutes later. They staff greeted us with a smile. Check out was easy as well. They only had one recommendation for us, which they printed on the receipt and didn't pressure us to purchase anything that wasn't needed. The staff was courteous. The waiting room was clean. I don' know why I even bothered coming here. I went in to have them do a free brake inspection and I just wanted to know the pricing. The next thing I know I get a pricing for brakes, new tires, and alignment total was $909. I said I only came to get pricing on brakes well this is what we recommend I said I do not get my tires here and this is why I will never come back for anything at this location. They try and take advantage of people by saying all this other stuff instead of what you actually went in for. I thought maybe after several years this would have changed by now but nope. Went just to get an alignment.Said it needed bushings on top of both upper control arms and the cost would be about $1000 not including the $80 alignment.Had to pay $25 alignment check fee just to leave.Paid my mechanic $180 to do the set of bushings on driver side that actually needed replacing and that includes new pads on the front.Paid $70 for the alignment somewhere else .Don't waste your time going to any Firestone for any reason unless you just have money and time to waste. read more
