I took it to another mechanic, and they showed me that whomever worked on the vehicle broke some things under the hood! They wouldn't own up to what they did, gave me a bad catalytic converter, and i had to pay for another one. I unfortunately had to bring my car back because if the warranty, and the check engine light coming back on because of it, and when i got my car back, my car was shaking ahain and it was not shaking initially. These guys have no idea what they are doing, dont take accountability, fast talk to try to grt you to believe that they didnt mess up. Stay away!!!!!

I had a very concerning experience at Valvoline…read more I went to my usual people to do my oil change instead of Valvoline this past Saturday, even though my last service was just 5,000 miles ago. During this visit, I was informed that my oil cap had been left completely loose from the previous service--so loose it could be unscrewed by hand. As a result, my vehicle had little to no oil, which likely triggered my check engine light and could have caused serious engine damage. That alone is unacceptable and raises major concerns about the quality of work being done. On top of that, I experienced aggressive upselling. I mentioned possibly returning later for windshield wipers, but the employee repeatedly pressured me into purchasing them on the spot. After agreeing, the installation was done incorrectly and resulted in my wipers being bent. I was then told I would need to go to AutoZone to buy additional parts just to get them functioning properly. So not only did I spend over $100-$200 on something I could have handled myself for much less, but I also left with damaged equipment and another problem to fix. This experience showed a lack of care, professionalism, and accountability. Customers trust places like this to perform basic services correctly and not create bigger issues. I strongly urge management to address these problems before more vehicles are put at risk.

Got an oil change at this location back In February. I now currently have an oil leak coming from…read moremy drain plug. Upon inspecting the reason for the leak. my drain plug was loose and with visible signs of lock tight being applied to the plug. Attempted to tighten the plug some more myself to stop the oil leak but come to find out the threads are striped on either the pan or the plug and will not tighten down which is most likely why the lock tight was applied. Very dissatisfied and disappointed about the quality of work performed.

But, I was tended to immediately to assess the tires which were nearly completely on rims after stopping a few times to air them up on the way. They both needed replacement. The tires I needed were not available locally. But, they were replaced under warranty with a better model for a very reasonable cost. This location cannot be topped. All of the employees are extremely customer driven every time I have been there. I drive nearly 10 miles to this location despite being less than 1 mile from another Firestone location. I entrusted Deer Park with fixing my evaporator core on my truck in July 2024, not only did I take my truck there for the initial repairs but I allowed 4 opportunities for them to correct the issues! They not only robbed me for services never properly rendered but even after multiple trips back they never fixed ANY OF the issues they created! So now I have water puddling on my floorboard, upholstery ruined, hardware missing throughout my dashboard and ac housing unit but now have an even more heftier expense bringing the total up to $10K! Then to top it off this social care email address they give gets you no where! I've called and emailed and even left voicemails to the claims department supervisor Nick Garfield and Seth Byrd who NEVER CALL BACK OR ANSWER THE PHONE and they're social care email address is likely AI or prompts because ultimately they give you the run around with telling you to take the same avenue that you've already exhausted!!
