We called the day it was listed and came in and looked at it. It was on the rack for inspection since just delivered. We said we are interested and want to test drive as we never owned a land rover. We exchanged numbers. They texted us the next day Saturday, Monday, Tuesday with status updates and to answer questions i had. We were supposed to test drive Monday then they said wont be ready until Wednesday. Wednesday they tried to push to Thursday and i said Wednesday is better. They said ok. Then 15 min later they texted sorry someone actually bought it last Monday. What?????? We talked almost every day since listed and they kept pushing back on us looking at it again. I will never consider a land rover now or ever recommend to anyone after this experience. At least from this dealership and employees. If they were trying to make a quick buck and just trick us into coming by, it backfired and they will miss out on several future sales. All they had to do is communicate with each other and us and be honest but I'm not going to do business with a company that can't communicate or that tries to take advantage of me.

Thank god for Ray who has been so kind and helpful. But today is the straw that broke the camels back. I left a message for Mike Rase and I hope they make this right so I don't have to escalate my awful experience. 40 hours of drive time, over 1,200 miles driven and STILL not in tip-top shape.

I was given a quote in writing for the tires which included mount and balance, disposal fees, shop supplies. The sensor price was written on the tire quote and I asked if that price included installation and was told yes. All seemed good. I called to make an appointment to go ahead with the tire and the sensors. Tires and Sensors were the only work ever discussed, quoted, priced, authorized, etc. I bring the vehicle. I get a call the vehicle is ready. From the figures I was given my estimation of the cost was approximately 1,750.00 / 1,775.00. I go to pick the vehicle up $2,082.05. I look at the Invoice and I stated to the lady taking payment that a 4 wheel alignment was never discussed nor authorized. She stated I needed to speak to the girl who was not there. She was at lunch. I was: Charged for a 4 wheel alignment was never discussed in any form, never authorized. 159.95 Apparently the crazy price for the sensors did not include installation. 66.00 Charged 60.64 for using a credit card as payment. Never informed that if a credit card was used there would be a fee. And let me state this: Yes, businesses do pay fees on your total amount charged but that has been around forever. You can't tell me that they have not had that cost of business already covered. In my opinion anyone charging this SURCHARGE is double dipping. And a 3.00 fee for electronic document storage for tires. Why? The actual service was overall a job well done and performed in a quite impressive timely manner. I probably will not go back simply, whether intentional or not, incomplete quoted pricing. You get a quote for a reason. You cant give someone a price and then ask for 300 plus upon pick up. What if I didn't have the money? Maybe they should read the LUTPA law.

It was early Sunday morning, and I was really worried about getting my family home safely. I stopped at MG Tire, and the owner immediately checked my car. He told me the caliper wasn't locked--but after a closer inspection, he found the real issue: the axle nut was loose, causing the wheel to shift. A few minutes later the noise was gone and the car was driving perfectly again. What makes this even worse is that I had extensive suspension work done just a month ago, and two full all-wheel alignments in the past week at two major national chains--and NONE of them caught the loose axle nut. MG Tire literally saved me and my family. Honest, sharp, and actually knows what they're doing. I'm beyond grateful. Highly recommend!
