Don't waste your time coming here . I left my car here for 8 HOURSSS and they didn't get to do my state inspection. They didn't even call to say hey we aren't gonna get to it today . I was left waiting all day for their call . When I finally went to ask about my car they said they didn't have time today. Like why couldn't you guys just say that in the beginning when I first dropped it off it could have taken somewhere else . I went down at 330pm and a gentleman by the name of Garcia checked me in and assured me that my vehicle would be ready before they closed for the day. I came in for a normal oil change and then the next day noticed a significant amount of oil coming from underneath. When I popped the hood whoever changed the oil left a quart in the engine bay and it leaked everywhere. Luckily it didnt get caught in my belts or fan. I will not be back. read more

I went here for a courtesy check because of a burning smell and loud muffler. They charged me $1884.57 for the attached services!! So I went over to Starks muffler in hopewell for a second opinion and was told I only needed a new flex pipe and hangers!!!!! Starks charged 159.00 plus tax!!!!!!!! Shame on them for trying to take advantage in my time of need. Definitely get a second opinion when dealing with this place or you May OVERPAY! read more

I took car in for inspection to Firestone in Hopewell. They said tire tread was ok but tires were cracking. They did pass but said I should get new tires very soon. They gave me two different quotes of $1,020.52 and $883.12. I said I wasn't going to do now. I wanted to check other places. I called Pearson's Tire in Hopewell and got quote of $603.03 for the four tires and everything included in that price. Needless to say, Pearson's Tire is going to replace my tires. Unbelievable difference in price. Firestone is so much more expensive in everything they do. read more

They will run your bill up! Went in for a inspection and they found every minor thing you could imagine wrong down to the windshield wipers which they charged me $25 for one! Ran a bill up to over $600! I felt like I had no option but to pay or they were gonna put a rejection sticker on it. I felt totally taken advantage of. My car was pretty new and no way needed all these things to get it to pass inspection. I have never gone back here! When I told some people about my experience, they said people locally know not to go there because they have a reputation for doing that to people. read more
