Got my brakes done at this location and shortly after getting on the highway, my brakes failed. I later learned the mechanic did not properly tighten the caliper bolt, which caused damage to my rim and left me stranded on the side of the road--with an infant in the car. This was an extremely dangerous situation. I brought the car back the next day, and when it was returned to me, I discovered a nail in my brand-new tire. Between the unsafe repair and additional damage, I've completely lost trust in this shop. I will not be returning. And will be contacting corporate. read more

Needed new tires had a knot in rear side wall called ahead to ensure they had my tire size in stock. Employee stated they had two brands I could choose from but it would be an hour Before they could get to my vehicle. Waited the hour and they put my vehicle in the bay took the tires off only to find out that they don't have my tire size in stock. They put my old defective tires back on with a knot in the side wall, which is clearly a Vdot violation Waste of 2 1/2 hours because an employee did not take the time to ensure that they had what I needed in stock read more

I wanted to like NTB they price matched one of their competitors for some tires. Once they perform the job and I got my car back. My rims had irreparable damage. They basically put the rims face down and once they mounted it had a bunch of scratches. read more

Had to tow my car because it wouldn't start and decided to take it to NTB. They pulled it in that morning and called and told me what was wrong with the car. Starter was replaced. Not only did the technician do a wonderful job but the staff were amazing. I now now where I am taking my other cars too read more

Very slow service. Unprofessional atmosphere. Stopped by at 1030 Saturday to get a tire fixed. 2 cars in the shop, one customer in the lobby. Girl said it would be an hour. I see 3 mechanics "working ". But they are spending too much time in the lobby talking with the girl. I don't hear many tools working. An hour and 10 min later the guy says he can fix my tire for $24.95. Ok, do it. And i wait. And wait. 50 min later he's done. Unacceptable service. read more

I popped by after work but they were too busy to do a state inspection. While leaving, I noticed a drop off box. Went back in and they said I could drop off my car and they would get to it in the morning. Since they have drop off box, I dropped off my car for state inspection later that night.. The car was ready before 9 am. The guys working were very nice but could have mentioned the drop off box. This location is very convenient to my house, otherwise they are much the same as other shops. read more

Don't know why this location has such a low rating. George and Wade really took great care today! I went there to purchase four tires, but George pushed a different brand tire to me that if you buy three, you get a fourth for free. This tire was a little more expensive if you bought it individually, but as a set, it was cheaper than any set they had in stock. The customer service was excellent and this is the only location I would continue to come to. read more

Brandy and her team were absolutely amazing we ran into an issue with the vehicle we had just purchased where the tires were a severely worn when we bought the car they realized the issue was a safety hazard and reached out to the dealership to resolve the problem along with us and the dealership it's not something that you would expect a company to do but they truly cared about what we had going on when above and beyond even drove over an hour to go and pick up our new tires to make sure that we had them on the same day the communication was Stellar brandy made sure that we knew everything that was going on and everyone that was at the shop took the time to explain everything that was going on and also made sure that we had everything that we needed before we left it was by far the best experience that we've had with going in to get something simple done for a tire rotation and alignment I recommend them hands down to anyone that's looking for any service to be done on their car because they have a very very solid team and they know the true meaning of exceptional customer service read more

Called In asking if I could get an inspection done today. I was abruptly told by George to go online and schedule it. I scheduled and showed up. Then I was told they don't do appointments for this. I was then told instead of being able to stay and get it done it would be hours at least to get it done. Not standing behind their word about scheduling an appointment, does not lead me to trust them with my business. read more

Brought my car in today for an evaluation of the brakes. My car is 8 years old and I figured it was time to get someone to look at the condition of the brakes although I was not having a problem. They took my car into the bay immediately and within 15 minutes they returned to tell me that the front brakes alone needed replacement. So I didn't have a major issue with going to this location. Set an appointment arrived at the scheduled time. The waiting period wasn't too bad. The workers were pretty friendly and knowledgeable about my needs. My only issue was why would they touch my lights?? I have my lights set on both of my cars to auto. That's my preference that what I want. So if I'm not having anything done that deals with my headlights why touch them and if it came down to them having to turn them on why not put them back the way you found them? Cause the way my lights were when I parked my car it was set on auto that way I don't touch my lights at all unless I place them on high beam other than that their never touched. I know it's a small issue but it's also my property. I know how I like and want my stuff. It wouldn't have bothered me if they would've put it back the way they found it. I went back to NTB today after calling to see if I could get my tire checked. I'm very pleased to say that my tire got fixed in a very timely manner today. again the staff were very polite. things happen...maybe they just got extremely busy the previous appointment day and maybe that's not the norm but today made up for it and I will go back read more

We have a car that is driven less than 500 miles per yr. We took it to NTB for inspection. An hour later they called and said the car needed rear brakes and a light bulb for the license plate, it would cost $285. We refused it and took the rejection sticker. We knew that the brake issue was a lie. After having it inspected by another inspector we were told that the brakes were not at a failing status. The brakes were replaced (at a much cheaper price) just to get the rejection sticker off. The brakes were saved and taken back to NTB to show them their "mistake". Needless to say that conversation didn't go well. They are very unconcerned about taking undo money from custumers. They were caught red handed so the inspector feigned an apology. DO NOT go there for anything ever! They over charge and lie about the work that is needed. read more

I've been coming to this location for about 2 years now. Every time I visit I'm always welcomed with friendly faces and everyone is so helpful. Unfortunately that wasn't the case today. I show up I'm the first to speak. I let the gentleman at the counter know I have an appointment at 2:00 pm he proceeds to tell me " no, your appointment was at 1:00." I immediately apologize letting him know I thought it was at 2:00 and I can reschedule for a later date if they are unable to take me. He says they can fit me in. He takes my keys and goes to my car. When he comes back he notices a coupon placed infront of his keyboard. (A coupon I didn't place there.) Then says "You show up to your appointment an hour late and you expect me to let you use this coupon." Wow. Not only was the customer service horrible, Now I'm also being accused of something I didn't do. I don't know if I was treated this way because I made a MISTAKE, Or I was being discriminated for being a young female. This situation made me extremely uncomfortable. I've never been spoken nor treated so rudely. When my car was ready I was relieved to see George who is always so kind and helpful whenever I bring in my car. He smiled rung me up and sent me on my way. Everyone else at the shop was kind and friendly, but I don't know if the person I first encountered was having a bad day or what. He definitely shouldn't be working the front desk. I won't be returning to this location again. read more
