I came here today for an oil change and I pulled up and told this kid that I need an oil change so…read morehe had me pull my car into the garage and I got out and I was like do you need my keys and he said no and I said OK well, I'm gonna leave the keys in my car in case you need to move my car. I said about how long would it take and he said maybe 15 minutes and I said OK so I walked across the street to go walk around a store for a little bit. Came back after probably about 40 minutes thinking my car will be done and pulled up into the parking lot. It was still in the shop and I had the store manager come up to me and tell me that they were not going to provide me service today because they don't babysit cars. I asked politely what he was talking about and he said the way it works here. Is you pull up and you sit in your car and we tell you what needs to be done and that's that and I said OK well, the kid who just serviced me didn't tell me any of that and I just walked away so that's not my fault. Then he said they were no longer allowed to service me today and I could come back tomorrow. Which I was confused by because it's only 215 so I don't know if he had something wrong with his life today, but he definitely took it out on me and I will not be back and I will be telling everybody else to not come back because that is no way to run a business. I mean I'm here and I have the money you just decided to take it out on me. I've never been treated like that in an establishment ever in my life. There are also ZERO cars here getting worked on right now so congrats you turned away business?? Also at the end of the conversation I was told if I was going to be hostile, which I wasn't I was simply confused and asking questions and asking for HIS bosses number and he told me I wasn't allowed to have that, he then proceeded to tell me he would call the authorities on me for trespassing. The man seemed like he was tweaking out that was the weirdest and most unprofessional encounter I've ever had. At the end of the day it was the new kids fault for not knowing, they SHOULD have told me that, and then SHOULD have proceeded to say they were sorry and serviced my car. I'm in the service industry as well so I get when people are rude and don't do stuff the way you like. But to sit here and act like I wasn't supposed to know everything t when your employee is the one who messed it up and then to take it out on me is BEYOND me.

My car takes 7 quarts of oil. Knowing this I expected the price would plus the additional quarts. Sad to say my oil change ended up being $109.00. The tech who I have sympathy for had no explanation and as soon as he gave me my price braced himself as he knew I would not be happy. The promotion is false advertising even with the disclaimer of 5 quarts. Additional quarts are 8-10 dollars for the same Oil that express oil change uses. I expected to pay for the additional quarts but not another 50 bucks. The tech lacked knowledge and could not give me a good reason on why the oil change was so high. I could tell this is a discussion he has had several times with other customers and that is a fundamental issue with your promotions to drive traffic to your centers. The new mechanic said Tommy couldn't have put frozen in it because the compressor has to kick on to take the freon. My compressor is burnt up and I got ripped off by Tommy. Since we bought my car, we've had numerous issues that they have not been able to fix. They've even caused new issues themselves while working on my car that were not previously there (that they admitted to). I was out a car for 3 days for their mistake and they never bothered to offer to pay for a rental car. As of today, I just found out my transmission went out. This is the third time I had brought it in in the last month telling them something was wrong with it. They were not helpful in the slightest and were less than proactive about trying to fix the issue. Mike in service was incredibly condescending and rude, and I ended up leaving in tears. I knew something was wrong with my car, and he treated me like I was stupid and had me leave without even taking one look at it. It got to the point where I did not feel safe driving my car before they finally told me that I needed a new transmission. Time and time again we have had problems and they will say they're sorry, but not back it up with any kind of action. I am incredibly disappointed in the service they have provided and will not be purchasing my next car from them. We are very loyal Chevy buyers because my father-in-law worked at GM for decades, but we will be finding a new Chevy dealership to purchase our next car from. I expect so much better.
