Took my car for alignment and other minor issues. I was told upfront that due to large number of vehicles being serviced there would be wait time. So I dropped the car for diagnosis and heard back from them a couple hours later. They went ahead with the fixes as agreed and okayed on the call. I had an appointment for Monday. Came in at the time it was set for and they said there was no appointment set for my car even so I had the email they sent me. So I made the appointment again in person for Wednesday at 11am came in a little bit early just in case they could work on my car just to fix a flat. After an hour n a half my car still wasn't worked on and I asked the front desk woman and she just said "oohhh ok" printed out my paper work and handed to someone else to work on it right away. Worst customer service I have ever had at a Firestone. I walked in and greeted the one guy in the store (Eric) with no response (which isn't terrible but theirs more). I waited while he answered the phones with an annoyed expression on his face. Then when he finally acknowledged me he pinched his eyebrows and in an annoyed tone and manner asked what I was there for. I gave him the reason and he said they didn't have a tech there for what I needed so I went to the Firestone on W. Main Street and they were polite and respectful and helped me with what I needed. I also explained to the tech about my experience at the Leeville location and he laughed and said "yeah we get a lot of their customers". Then proceeded to guess right off the bat the techs name that I was speaking about and said "yeah he's never really in a good mood". read more

Not helpful at all. They will tell you everything they can't do but never often any solutions on what they can do. Went in on Wednesday for an oil change, they told me they couldn't get me in until Saturday. I scheduled an appt for Saturday and then had to reschedule. They then said I can't get you in until Monday. So no walk ins, no same day appts or next day options? Wow I'm sure you're blowing your goals away and winning every kind of corporate award. I can definitely tell that by your yelp rating. lol So, many places to go for an oil change, I'll never be back. I'll also encourage others not to as well. Due to a a flattening tire I reluctantly went to Firestone for a plug. They had 3 cars in the parking lot. It took them over 1 hour and they didn't bother to balance the tire. I left and went directly to Discount Tire in Mt. Juliet. Those guys are the best! Firestone has continued to disappoint for over 30 years. read more

Horrible customer service here. The front desk guy was such an asshole to my mother. Go somewhere else! Not contacting Firestone after this experience. I'll take my business somewhere else- preferably an establishment that treats their clients with respect. Toyota service center was able to see me immediately on the same day meanwhile my mother was refused when she asked firestone to even take a look at our car. Said it would be $150 to even look at it meanwhile Toyota didn't even charge us. Y'all are just looking to make money, not help people. read more

Absolute Worst!! Why bother making an appointment? They don't even try to get you in at your time and offer no apologies or explanation. 35 minutes after my appointment I got my keys and left with no service performed nor any attempt by them at retaining my business. Terrible customer service skills, was told to have vehicle there at certain time for approx 1700.00 worth of work. Told vehicle would be ready at lunch went back at lunch and vehicle not moved. Manager proceeded to embarrass me in front of other customers stating I was wrong about time. Funny thing was the I suppose Asst Manager told me when I dropped vehicle we will get it right in and have it ready at lunch. LAST TIME I SET FOOT IN FIRESTONE. I had never taken my jeep anywhere else for oil changes or repairs.Nobody else had ever changed the oil but them but in July 2024 I just really didn't want to wait an hour for an oil change so decided to go to Valvoline instant oil change. They told me the oil plug was on so tight there was no way they could get it off without damage to my jeep and recommend I take it back to who had put it on that way and said it was not right that it was on that tight. None of their tools could remove it. After hearing this I made an appointment with Firestone and took it back. I kept my mouth shut about the oil plug and waited to see if they would mention anything. I had already had a new radiator put on by them just a few months earlier and had paid for a diagnostic test to detect a water leak even though we knew it was the water pump but they said the water pump was fine. Half way through my oil change I was called up to the desk and told that I had an oil leak and would need to pay over $600 for a new oil pan and gasket. They also said I had a water leak and replaced my radiator cap. I am a woman and don't know much about cars so politely sat back down forgetting all about the fact that they had just put a new radiator on so why was I being charged for a cap. I was trying to understand all this. After they finished I asked for the manager and told him what Valvoline instant oil change had told me about the oil plug. He responded by saying oh we just replaced your oil cap and you are good to go. They charged me around $11 for that oil cap. A month later with our jeep still leaking water after replacing the radiator and paying for a new cap, we took our jeep to another mechanic who replaced our water pump finally fixed our leak. Upon inspection at our request he confirmed we had no oil leak from our oil pan or gasket anywhere. Firestone out right lied to me about needed repairs we didn't need. This is a very crooked company and after over 15 years of being a customer I will never go back read more

3 minutes ago Today was the first and last time we'll use this place. It's take them 2.5+hrs to rotate a set of tires and change the oil. We had a 10am appointment and it's currently 12:35, still waiting for them to finish. This is ridiculous! It's never taken this long anywhere else when we've came in with an appointment. read more

If I could rate this place zero I would. Biggest ripoff ever. They quoted me $1700 for the same job that Corner Garage in Lebanon Tn did for $540. This place is a total con job. They charged us $116 just to hook car up to computer to diagnose problem. This was AFTER we told them we were picking up the vehicle to take it to corner garage. I have never in my life been charged for the diagnosis. You know what's worse? The state of Tennessee has a contract with this place (State Troopers) so the taxpayers are being ripped off too. Shame! Hey, now they have 2 stars.... Was not a fan when this place was Rose Tire, and Firestone has not improved anything. Our Fleet management company sends us here when our Company Truck needs service or fixing. Well we saw that it had a bad anti-freeze leak near the firewall on top of the engine. Turns out the air intake was cracked. So i suppose that coolant runs around near the crack. Anyway, they take it upon themselves to do tons of other service items while they have the truck. Came away with $1700 bill. I am sure the Fleet service gave them the OK to do the other service, but I would not have. Anyway, the day after the truck is returned.... only cause we called them, they never called us. The truck is spitting and sputtering. Turns out a coil pack was bad. They had all the packs off, but did not bother to notice the leak had leaked into the spark plug hole. Leaving rust markings on the tip of the coil pack. Guess which one was bad.... I will be reporting them to our Fleet management company and asking for another place to take the truck next time. read more
