Well hey great for you Bob, but this number is calling me and you should look in to that because if I'm getting these calls, who knows who else is getting them. Rather than listening to me for helpful feedback, he says "look I'm not going to spend my time fixing this." And hangs up. I get it, maybe you're having a horrible day, but you should never treat any client or caller in this manner especially when they're letting you know of a potential problem that could lead to bigger issues from people like me who have no idea why they're getting multiple calls from your business. Shouldn't you want to fix that instead of dealing with a bigger headache and aggravating people in the process? Horrible customer service, horrible business acumen and an outright miserable person as the first contact for the business. If this is how they handle their operations, I'd steer clear unless you want to risk being treated like you're not worth their time. Posting the screenshot of the missed calls from your business and reporting your phone operations to the BBB. Thanks for your help, Bob. Now carry on with your miserable life.

I purchased a new truck and after much deliberation I decided to get a spray in bed liner. Naturally I did quite a bit of research and while I preferred to get one from the factory I found a much better solution in d&s automotive. I learned quite a bit about spraying bedliners there are pros and cons and certainly have its share of detractors. But Anthony at DNS did a good job of educating me and certainly the price point was within the budget of what I wanted to spend. The two main spray in bedliners I was considering were rhino and Line-X. Well generally they do the same thing what I found was rhino lining which is sold and serviced by d&s is simply one product. No difference in color thickness or options or add-ins. Line-X which I'm certain has its fans gives you the option to add in ultraviolet protection certain thicknesses they can even tint the lining so if you're a fancy fellow that wanted a red line x sprayed in you could do that. But it also added in to the price as well. Generally DNS sprays in your rhino lining and mine cost me out the door $580 with tax. This is my first pickup truck and I don't like stuff sliding around in the back of the truck and this textured surface will certainly limit that. The quality of the work that they did was surprisingly good. There was no overspray or thin spots and I couldn't find anything to get upset about not that I was looking to get upset but they did a really good job and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

D & S received my…read morevehicle the morning of 10/29 and did not assess and submit a supplemental until 11/11 which the insurance approved immediately. D&S kept me in the loop and provided thorough information about the repairs needed and how the technicians would achieve this process in a timely manner. Once the assessment was complete, I was informed if parts came timely repairs would be done the first week of December at the top of the week and I'd be able to pick up my vehicle then. Harley did a wonderful job of communicating each step with me providing a timeline of when my vehicle would be ready. I was then informed it would take more time to put my vehicle back together than previously anticipated so my vehicle would be ready by 12/05 rather than the top of the week. Harley let me know the team was unable to complete putting my vehicle back together by EOD and my vehicle would be ready by 12/08 at the earliest and 12/09 at the latest along with approval from the insurance company of a second and final supplement for the labor to put my vehicle back together that the team did not originally anticipate. Calibrations and clean up weren't complete until 12/09. Harley then informed me the service writer was unable to finish sending the information to the insurance company by EOD 12/09. 12/10 the information / final supplement was sent over to the insurance company to review. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle 12/12 after I called the insurance company several times to expedite their review of the supplement money needed for the extra labor costs of putting my vehicle back together which D&S did not anticipate during their initial review. D&S finished calibrations and cleanup 12/09 but would not release it until they received the supplement from the insurance for the extra labor costs. The body work looks and feels amazing, you cannot tell my rear bumper was replaced. Only downsides, the technician my mom and I spoke to was unable to tell us if the vehicle had a full paint job. Once I went to my vehicle I was unable to access it as the technician forgot to take it out of service mode. I went back into the shop to find someone to take this out of service mode. My panel under my hood of car was not put back, however I popped this back on myself. I appreciate Harley's customer service and updates. The repair team unfortunately left me feeling unnerved about all the 'unexpected' extra work necessary after their review.

I figured whole motor sould save me money on labor since it would be just a motor swap. found out later it was just the block he got me, and he wanted me to pay for a new starter and water pump though mine were good. i figured the new motor wasnt the exact one so mine wouldnt match up. sigh wrong again so in short i paid over $1000 more then quoted originally. after all that my had a key fob issue and they ended up reprograming my key for $300 but i found out i could get a new key fob and it programmed from the DEALERSHIP for $180 not $300 to reprogram my old key fob,..... riped again... then my car broke down and found my alternator went bad, something they didnt catch so i ended up having to pay for another tow to them so he put on a used one for free since he has already fleeced me for so much at this point , and of course it whines so it wont last long..... i also just found out my a/c which worked perfect before they got it now has a massive leak at the compressor on the motor which i thought maybe they just didnt recharge system after motor was replaced... not sure if intentional or just stupid ignorance on their part and im afraid to take my car back to them for fear what else they will mess up.. they have now cost me a few thousand more dollars then this should of in rapiars, and tows not to mention i had to walk home after it broke down after being in their shop.... i highly recomend unless its something easy anyon can fix to take your cars someplace else to fix, shermins automotive around the corner from them would be a far better choice.

The shop has flatly refused to diagnose the engine light in my VW Beetle. Their sales pitch about using "the best oil" is no more than a full synthetic compatible with your car. Any shop will do this. What's more, Foreign Auto Solutions doesn't care about their customers other than getting paid. They don't clean up their parking lot nor do they salt it. Right smack in the middle of the winter, I slipped and fell on the black ice in the parking lot, and a kind bystander helped me back to my feet. Bystander, and not one of the shop workers. I walked inside and grabbed a piece of a paper towel to stop bleeding in my hands. I was actually lucky to even find a piece of paper towel; it was almost used up and not refilled. This was the last time that I visited this shop. Never again, and don't recommend it to anyone. Enough said.
