Well hey great for you Bob, but this number is calling me and you should look in to that because if I'm getting these calls, who knows who else is getting them. Rather than listening to me for helpful feedback, he says "look I'm not going to spend my time fixing this." And hangs up. I get it, maybe you're having a horrible day, but you should never treat any client or caller in this manner especially when they're letting you know of a potential problem that could lead to bigger issues from people like me who have no idea why they're getting multiple calls from your business. Shouldn't you want to fix that instead of dealing with a bigger headache and aggravating people in the process? Horrible customer service, horrible business acumen and an outright miserable person as the first contact for the business. If this is how they handle their operations, I'd steer clear unless you want to risk being treated like you're not worth their time. Posting the screenshot of the missed calls from your business and reporting your phone operations to the BBB. Thanks for your help, Bob. Now carry on with your miserable life.

After my parked Tesla Model 3 was hit, the person's insurance led me to D & S. D & S received my…read morevehicle the morning of 10/29 and did not assess and submit a supplemental until 11/11 which the insurance approved immediately. D&S kept me in the loop and provided thorough information about the repairs needed and how the technicians would achieve this process in a timely manner. Once the assessment was complete, I was informed if parts came timely repairs would be done the first week of December at the top of the week and I'd be able to pick up my vehicle then. Harley did a wonderful job of communicating each step with me providing a timeline of when my vehicle would be ready. I was then informed it would take more time to put my vehicle back together than previously anticipated so my vehicle would be ready by 12/05 rather than the top of the week. Harley let me know the team was unable to complete putting my vehicle back together by EOD and my vehicle would be ready by 12/08 at the earliest and 12/09 at the latest along with approval from the insurance company of a second and final supplement for the labor to put my vehicle back together that the team did not originally anticipate. Calibrations and clean up weren't complete until 12/09. Harley then informed me the service writer was unable to finish sending the information to the insurance company by EOD 12/09. 12/10 the information / final supplement was sent over to the insurance company to review. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle 12/12 after I called the insurance company several times to expedite their review of the supplement money needed for the extra labor costs of putting my vehicle back together which D&S did not anticipate during their initial review. D&S finished calibrations and cleanup 12/09 but would not release it until they received the supplement from the insurance for the extra labor costs. The body work looks and feels amazing, you cannot tell my rear bumper was replaced. Only downsides, the technician my mom and I spoke to was unable to tell us if the vehicle had a full paint job. Once I went to my vehicle I was unable to access it as the technician forgot to take it out of service mode. I went back into the shop to find someone to take this out of service mode. My panel under my hood of car was not put back, however I popped this back on myself. I appreciate Harley's customer service and updates. The repair team unfortunately left me feeling unnerved about all the 'unexpected' extra work necessary after their review.

However, the repairs ended up taking nearly a month. For the first 8-10 days, the vehicle sat idle in the parking lot without any repair work, damage assessment, or parts evaluation being done, which significantly contributed to the delay.They may have been busy with a high volume of vehicles, this was never clearly communicated to me upfront. Ok so this garage is a scam, i had them do all my repairs on my 2005 silverado and 2010 jeep…read morecommander, they replaced my jeeps motor, after saying i would get a rebuild from a company they said they could get the whole thing for $200 less, now im thinking ok now i dont have to pay to have all th parts moved over make it cheaper then buying a block and heads from reman company, nope they got exactly what i was going to get but only used with 100k miles on it, and i had to pay out for new starter which mine worked fine, and new water pump, again worked fine. i figured they had to cos of warranty for the motor, nope. so my $5200 quote to do what i wanted turned into a 100k motor used and untested and total was $7000 instead. we wont go into all teh breaks and other repairs they claim to have done and charged me for on this and the truck, well stick with motor, now i have had constant issues with jeep they replaced my alternator for free cos they had a used one to put on since i paid out the ass for the engine they scammed me on to be "nice" hahahaha. so anyway long story short still having problems over a year later, moved to pittsburgh area got a family trust mechanic shop to look at it, #1 most of the bolt from tranny to motor missing why i was always having a jump when shiting into gear, the flywheel cover plate and all the bolts for that missing, i had them go over leaks s&s claimed they did i had them go over the whole jeep, so far i spent another $3k fixing the issues they caused or claimed to h ave fixed, so for a $5200 quote to $10 grand so far and im still not done. im pretty sure most his regualrs might get good treatment cos they give good reveiws but they really are lazy garbage men pretending to be auto workers. i left a reveiw once so this is an updated to that one to things that have been found they screwed up and or didnt do, and the fact im still trying to work out all the little kinks they caused, oh fyi they yanked on my ac lines and causes a leak in my coolant system on the lines going to rear ac and never put a gasket on the ac connection on compresor they yanked out to replace motor let alone never tried to charge the ac system which worked perfect before they got it. i miss my ice box ac in the jeep after they gave it back. they are really poor mechanics i dont think they qualify to be called mechanics at this point and i would love to take them to court but yea court costs alone would eat up any winnings and they know it why they give shit service.
