I only go to Firestone because no matter where I go, all my information is in the system and I don't have to keep a lot of paperwork with me. They're always professional and polite. They always let me know when they find something that needs attention and give me prices prior to doing anything, that way I can authorize the service now or wait until later (only if it's safe to do so). We use Firestone tires on our Mustang GT, they are reasonably priced, get the road hazard for sure, the driver whom will remain annomous kissed a curb and busted the sidewall, Firestone will not repair sidewalls like some fly by night's. I waited 2 and a half hours for new tires. The crew were not working; they were standing around my car joking and laughing while I sat there waiting watching them do nothing. It was supposed to be a little over $400 out the door, but I was charged for the services anyway. When the air in the tires showed the pressure on my dashboard all of the tires were over inflated, almost to the point of exploding. This is a dangerous level to leave a customer in a dangerous situation. I will not return to this shop ever again. I put my trust and safety in the hands of reprehensible people. My Firestone credit card would not work and had to pay the whole amount of $657.24 from my ATM card. Also had the wrong address on my receipt. read more

I came for a tire that popped and the woman tells me they have my ONE tire in stock that works for my car & it is $200. I tell them please place the spare on instead and magically they come up with a tire that's $130. I agree to purchase the tire. Wait for an hour just to be told we don't have the tire we're putting on the spare. I asked why nobody could have communicated that and got laughed at. They ask if I want to leave the rim there to have a tire placed on the next day. I declined and they magically come back out 5 minutes later stating they have multiple tires ready to go after just telling me they are putting the spare on. It was a complete waste of time. When I got to Firestone in Midwest City, Oklahoma, the gentleman said the person that took the call didn't put the appointment in the system, so it would be a few hours. this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. In the end I got everything I needed and wanted plus some but it was a bit of an experience till the end. Shawn did amazing and restored my faith on things getting fixed and returning in the future. There was a bit of miscommunication and things being left out when I picked my truck up initially. Took it back with all the same issues plus some and they fixed it all. $1700 is a lot to drop in one visit to get the vehicle back in the same/worse condition. My daughter would go into the Midwest city location for a front end alignment. They would write up a laundry list of needed repairs (2k worth). The thing is, I am a mechanic. first round she hit a curb, they said 2k worth of damage. Damage on both side sounded odd but she was 16. Once I got it on the lift, only one side needed the repairs and only a few of the repairs compared to their list. After I was finished I sent her up to get another alignment, a completely different list was formed of "needed repairs" 2k worth again. I put it back on the lift to see if i overlooked anything. Sent her to a different Firestone and they completed the front end alignment with no issues found. over the next 2 years as she needed front end alignments due to learning how to drive or Choctaws roads. I would send her to the Midwest City one then immediately a different one in the metro area. This was to help teach her how to tell when she was being scammed. All of the other Firestone in the areas reported true and accurate but the Midwest city one was an opportunity to teach my daughter about scams. read more

I made an appointment online to get my oil changed 4 days in advance. I received an email that evening notifying me that it had been cancelled by the location. I called whenever they opened and they said they weren't taking any new appointments this week but would be able to take me as a walk in. I came in today and was refused service. Came in today to have my front tires replaced. Staff was professional and courteous, and took my car back early as I showed up about 15 min beforehand. Tires were replaced in about half an hour with no incident, and they were even courteous enough to call me to say I need to have an alignment done soon. Everything was put back together, and the wheels stayed on for my drive back to Shawnee. Reviews aren't all they're cracked up to be; MWC Firestone did right by me. read more

Went to Firestone tires on 3/7/2025 @ 7:04 am for new tires the service advisor was Sean @ the Midwest City store ! He stated that they don't give a hard copy of the invoice after the sale they send it to you by e-mail , after i got home i printed out the invoice and saw where i was charged sale's tax which was $82.82 before the transaction of getting new tires Sean was advised that i am a disabled Veteran 100% tax exempt and provided my Oklahoma tax Commission card Okay on my final invoice the second sheet show's Sub-total of 919.86 with tax 82.82 which totals $ 1,002.68 which i paid with my Credit card. when you subtract $82.82 from the total $ 1002.68 the final total should have been $ 919.86 Well i went back to firestone talked to Pete and asked him to explain why i was charged the Tax ! He got an attitude and wouldn't hear me out he just said the tax would wash out what ever that mean's he also had an attitude that i was wrong about asking for help explaining the invoice which he never did ! my retail invoice is 231849 under the OKLA Tax Commission code 710: 65-7-17.1 a vendor who doesn't accept a Veterans tax exemption is subject to a $ 500.00 fine I am not happy with this Transaction and I will proceed with notification of this to the Tax Commission, This store has very poor customer service after the sale and i will inform all Veterans to not do business with Pete or this store ! read more

Had tires rotated. Left ALL lug nuts loose. Started coming off on I-35 and vehicle started shaking violently. They gave me free tires and repaired damages but were extremely rude when I called on weekend for a simple update (car was supposed to be done day prior). They can take your appointment; they just won't keep your appointment. I figured I'd give them a shot for an oil change because it had been years since they wasted my time on a different matter for a different vehicle. I make the appointment online. I call in and verify that they are open (bad weather) and that I should be good to get a quick oil change. I show up to okay greeting (chain store mechanics aren't always the best at customer service, so I try not to worry too much about it). They're quick to give you a price, but don't care about wasting your whole day. I showed up early (perfectly fine to wait a bit) and am told, somewhat rudely, they just had a lot of cars show up and it would be at least 3 hours before they could even start my service. Terrible operation. I was nervous after reading some other reviews. Don't waste your time or money. There are other places to go nearby. No matter how convenient the MWC Firestone seems, it's not going to be convenient, easy, or successful. They have failed a couple times after telling me one thing, only to have me show up and find something completely different. Save the frustration. Go anywhere else. read more

Don't ever go there I took my car in for 2 tires an oil change front end alignment it cost me almost 800 dollars my car hasn't drove the same since they didn't screw my splash guards back on resulting in the brackets to come down while I was driving on the high way and now I have a dent in my passenger floor board that was not there previously I have a warranty on my alignment and still wouldn't let them touch my car and now I don't have a splash guard under my car at all because by them taking it down when they did my oil change and them not screwing the brackets all the way back and made sure they were secured they could of flew off they were scraping the ground making them unable to b repaired and now I don't have them either happened on two occasions first bracket flew down think they would have made sure the secondary one was secured nope so the next week the other one fell down which was high dangerous they basically put my life in jeopardy and anyone driving by me had they flew off while I was on the highway they are a disgrace and should be shut down and i wouldnt recommend them to fix anything they messed my car up i shouldve listened when my daughter told me not to go there andshe is 23 so ive had to spend another large amount of money to replace the solace guard the brackets and my passenger floor board were the indention was make from there carelessness and i didnt even get a receipt they just gave me a copy of the front end alignment probably cause they are scamers never go they especially if your a women and of color read more

I initially created an appointment online and also called and spoke with the manager Robert before driving about 20 miles if they would change the spark plugs in the my Toyota 5.7L Tundra and they informed me they could. When I arrived I didn't speak with Robert but another employee Peter who was very rude and talked down to me. Peter told me that they could not put the unopened spark plugs I had purchased from an auto parts store in my truck and I would have to buy the plugs from them. He wanted to charge me 4 times the cost for each plug. I initially accepted the quote as I needed to have the plugs changed that day. I sat there for about 20 minutes feeling sick to my stomach over this. I then informed the manager and left before the work was even started. I will never use or recommend this shop. read more

They were always slammed but they had workers in there that was fast and no matter how busy, they took care of you. I brought my 2005 Yukon XL 2500 4WD in and bought the lifetime alignment. Also had some other routine maintenance work done. They told me when I picked the truck up, that they didn't think the alignment would work for very long due to steering parts that needed to be replaced. They recommended a steering gear box, $367.00, labor, $180.00, a new pitman arm, $169.00, labor $190.00, idler arm and bracket, $328.00, and labor of $130.00. Grand total of these repairs they recommended: around $1,500.00. I was skeptical on the diagnosis they had given me, so I took my truck to a dealer. I showed the dealer their printed "RECOMENDATIONS" in order to make the vehicle handle correctly. The dealer informed me that there was absolutely no problems at all with the idler arm or the idler arm bracket ($458.00). They also told me that the steering gear box was leaking very slightly and it was up to me as to whether I wanted it changed at this point, and that it is a typical tiny "seeping" leak that would not actually need replacement for at least another forty or fifty thousand miles. I had them change the steering gear box and the pitman arm. They charged a total of $170.00 labor for changing both parts, and $478.00 for both parts. Firestone quoted me $537.00 for both parts, and $370.00 for labor to install the two parts. The dealer also told me that they had ran the left ball joint all the way in, and the right ball joint all the way out???? The dealer told me that this was done due to one of two things. Either the tech had no clue, or done intentionally to make me believe that my truck did, in fact, need the parts they "RECOMENDED". Either way, I will never be back. Of course that will be after I visit the store and show the manager my paperwork from the dealer as well as his store and demand a refund on their so called "LIFETIME ALLIGNMENT"!! read more
