This will be my new "go to" place. I called a week before in regard to having grinding with my rear brakes. I explained that due to my work schedule I really needed to schedule an appointment and they were willing to accommodate for me as this place does take usually make appointments. They really treat customers off a first come, first serve basis. My appointment was on a Friday at 7:30 am, right when they opened. When walking in, I was immediately greeted with kindness and respect. A gentleman took my keys and stated to get comfortable as I did choose to wait for the examination. Roughly 20min later, the same man came back (I truly hate that I cannot remember his name, he is the longest employee there and is also the Manager) and explained that it was both the brake pads and rotors that would need to be replaced on the rear end. I asked if he wouldn't mind allowing me to see the damage first hand. He then took me back to meet the mechanic, Buddy, to explain in depth why he could not rotate the rotors. Buddy then explained that he would be able to have my car completed in 1.5 to 3hrs so I expressed I wouldn't mind waiting for the work to be done. The waiting room is large, and you could actually say that there are three waiting areas. The large waiting room that you walk into, a back waiting room that is enclosed, and a waiting area between the two with two tables and chairs. Their bathrooms are nice a clean and there are vending machines for snacks and drinks. Also, they are kind enough to have fresh brewed coffee at all times for guests and their employees. The best I can explain this business for anyone is a bus station. People are constantly coming and going for quick repairs and needs. But the key takeaway is that EVERY single person were treated the same, with kindness and respect. This place truly isn't there to "make money" off their customers. Everyone was given the same "deal" and given true estimates for work. There was actually a gentlemen that came in and the Manager explained that the work needed was not something they would be able to look at and recommended a place right around the corner for their needs. I really can't stress enough how wonderful of an experience this business offered and I do mean it when I say, I'll be back and will continue to tell my family and friends to visit them too when needed! read more

I went yesterday for a tire losing air, and they gave me a temporary one until today when I could get it aligned before putting the new one on, so it wouldn't rub the new tire. When I arrived this morning, they took me to work and then had it done by my lunch break, picked me up from work and brought me to the shop to pick up my car, free of charge. This place is a fucking joke. Waste of damn time and money. They beat around the bush about doing THIER DAMN JOBS!!!! First it's one thing... parts need to be replaced, then after those parts are replaced it's another... can't do it because of aftermarket ball joints which they didn't stat the first go around looking at the vehicle (not the part that needed to be changed). Just fucking say you don't wanna fucking do it instead of beating around the bush!!! I had a sidewall pierced with a freaking hunting rifle bullet of all things, and I wanted a place nearby where I could keep my same brand (Hankook) and that was nearby to downtown. Freddie's met both of those requirements. Since my vehicle has AWD, you really need to replace the tires on the whole axle, and not just one tire. So I bought two tires, the price was good, and you get a quote online that is better than the one in-store. I think the young guy is Rowe, and he is really friendly. You can tell this is a family owned business. Fast forward about 6 months later, and I run over a screw with one of my new tires. I immediately take it back to Freddie's as they were closing. I am sure they probably would've stayed late and fixed it for me, but I didn't need it right then and left my screwed tire. The next day I came back and expected to just pick it up and leave, but Travis offered to install it for me, which is much easier than me and a jack in my driveway. I like this place because you get a competitive price, they don't try to upsell you on every other service like the other big Okie tire stores do, and they are fast. We've been using Freddie's for about two years, and I only have positive things to say. Great work, best alignments, and reasonable prices. The only drawback for us is that they are quite a drive from the house. Before this past trip, I had initially decided to use a different company close to our house - a big name tire place with multiple locations around town. Absolutely wonderful people! We were 15 min prior to closing, passing through town with a sudden flat. We were denied at another place (Pat's) even though they were not yet closed (but soon). I came in to Freddie's Tires to replace my rotors last year. I found out that my rotors were not replaced but my brake pads were. AFTER 4 months later myy car was shaking? The worker told me the rims were bent and it needs front end alignment. it still shook really bad when braked at 60mph. I took back to see the problem was. The worker informed me it is a bad tire, but the rotors are fine. I took to another reputuable mechanic informed me that rotors were not replace, but the brake pads did. One nice thing about Freddie's tire is any tires you buy from them carry lifetime warranty; so if you get any nails, screws, ect I them they fix it for free. Plus their a full service shop and their open early so you can drop off your car and they will call when it's ready for pick up. read more

Best tire repair shop in OKC! Before Freddie's, I drove to 3 different tire shops that were highly rated: the shops were either closed down or in the shady part of town. When I got to Freddie's, they repaired my tire in less than 30 minutes for the low price of only 10$. I also needed help removing a piece of plastic from the air filter that had fallen behind my glove compartment into the hinge, making the glove compartment unable to close; the mechanics at Freddie's showed me how to remove the glove compartment, and they replaced the plastic part with no additional charge.
