Sams the place to shop in bulk, if you have storage room. I'm not the only one that likes it because parking can be an issue. Love.....love the pick up area! Great for loading in bad weather! Wish more places thought about the customers like Sam's and On Cue. Shopping is good for clothes. Easy to return if not fitting. Would love to see more children's. We go down every Isle to not miss anything that looks good. The fun is not to go by a list but just get what looks good. We always come home with alot more than we planned. Winter is best time to stock up on snacks! We find almost everything. Some they quit carrying, like my Chicken apple sausages. Love the samples they offer, to try new things. Today registers were good. They could make the eating area bigger. Pizza is good and cheap. I don't like to go to grocery store but I'm always up for going to Sams!!! read more

Sam's Club experience in general is always great because the employees are very respectful. The reason for this review and only 4 stars is the cafe being scan and go and the employees are very behind the counter wasn't exactly nice/helpful. - would be helpful if there was an option for scan and go or cash. - when I asked at the cafe counter how to use scan and go, I was told that she couldn't help me. I don't know who there is in charge of the store layout, but putting 2 checkout lanes with the payer side back to back is such a liability for this club. It really is not enough space for a wheelchair, which means it is not ADA compliant. When we were paying, a gentleman was at the other checkout, and we were squeezed in. His cart ended up past our exit of the lane, and could've presented a tripping hazard. In the event of an emergency, this would be a huge obstacle, thus causing injuries and pandemonium. When I tried to call to speak to someone in customer service, the automated system transfers me, rings once, then immediately hangs up. This club needs to do better. read more

I have shopped and used Sam's for years. Their pharmacy is not dependable. I have purchased thousands of dollars from Sam's pharmacy. But you cannot depend on them when you need them. Can I say how much I hate this location!!! I hate this location. I'm a veteran and the service they provide to the military community is inadequate. I've had a membership for almost 20 years and every single time I go in to purchase something they ask if I'd like to upgrade. Well, one day a couple of months ago I did just that and today I'm paying for that mistake. My membership is due and I'd like to pay for it at the register as I check out but I'm told the membership price is double because I upgraded. Well, I've decided I really don't need the upgrade it hasn't been useful for my families needs. So I'm told once I check I need to go to customer service to make changes. I stand in line with customer service and plead my case to three people my husband is in the car with the dog can I just pay ... nope it has to be your husband. Ladies and gentlemen how is it I can spend money to make changes with upgrade but can't spend money to change membership. I'm out done. Next call, only one item is in, will call back and reschedule when second item is delivered. Week later, still no call. We called around trying to get a number for the warehouse. Sam's Club was no help in the situation. Finally, received a callback, everything was rescheduled. Oops, sorry we made a mistake. Yes, you were told that delivery and hook up as well as stacking ( with your kit) and removal of all appliances would be included in the price you paid. So, I have a new washer and dryer, sitting in the middle of my living room. Was delivered, but, no one would touch the gas line. So let's add that when they handed me my vehicle keys... they wasn't my keys (it was another customers) then they chased me down to take my paper work and give me another customers paper work this location doesn't have their crap together.. and lost this customer completely! I often go to this location to stock up on meat for my freezer. For this particular purpose, this Sam's Club is my go-to choice due to their huge selection of fresh meats. I've never had an issue with finding meat that has a long expiration date. The three star rating is simply due to the customer service. More than once I have been treated rudely by staff or even flat out ignored. Additionally, there are usually only 2 lanes open even though there are tons of customers who need to check out. I will continue going to this Sam's Club simply because it is close to my house and has what I need. However, I dread the long lines. read more

I'm new to Sam's club, and for me Sam's club is okay. The big question is.... Is it worth the yearly fee? Well that all depends. If you live pretty close to Sam's club, I would say sure. The gas is certainly cheaper, and if you have a big family or business, then Sam's is certainly something to consider. Go in and take a look around. Now there are a few negative aspects that I wish were better. There are many items that aren't any better priced then what you'd get at your local Walmart or grocery store. For example, laundry soap, meat, clothes, and electronics. These item are pretty much the same as in any other store. Every now and then you'll catch a real good deal on one of those item, but that can be said with most any other store too. I'd like to see Sam's Club figure out a way to give these certain items a much cheaper competitive price as compared to other stores. The items you'll save big on at Sam's club is with "most" dry goods, but beyond that its 50/50. read more

Do NOT under any circumstances use their free delivery and install that comes with appliances. Sam's club uses an unethical 3rd party who is irresponsible and sloppy and dangerous. Damaged personal property, missing parts and incomplete work and Sam's is supposedly not responsible and you have to contact the 3rd party. Unacceptable! The 3rd party will not return calls or follow up after they realize they messed up. Sam's response is to contact the manufacturer. Unbelievable. Ok it's time to give this review. The review that this location deserves! I have been coming here way before Costco has even opened and still the customer service here is horrible... I have had issues with one of the door guys being very disrespectful I'm guessing I'm not the only complaint bcuz he now no longer is at door service. Today we realized we forgot our cards ( came right from gym with license and 2 cards ) So end up at service desk and a wait of 15 mins my husband says can someone else help me she says NO! My husband then says how about a manager she then decides to just ignore his request. I am standing near registers off to side waiting as we are getting a temp card . Some kid ( worker) comes over and says so you need help I say no my husband is getting a temp explain what happened he dropped what he was doing to go over and help my husband Thank you to the one person So now we are getting in line I see at one register she is just finishing up with customer I jump behind start getting heavy stuff on belt and a manager says she's closed ! They have the best avocados and pineapples! Fresh produce in general! I love the fact I can buy gourmet cheeses in bulk as well as bread, eggs, and my very picky poodles favourite all natural chicken jerky treats! The meats are also very high in quality and they even sell chicken breast in bulk in individual packages so you can freeze and thaw whenever you want! I love Sam's! I've been a regular customer for years and the people at the door used to know my face and wave me in. Now I'm viewed as a stranger to the constantly rotating door greeters so I have to dig out my card every time. It doesn't matter that I've been to Sam's two or three times per week every week since 2004, I'm seen as a stranger on every visit to all but a handful of people. That gets annoying. My only other complaint, and it's a big one and the reason I try to do self checkout every time, is the basket at the front of the shopping cart, where people put their children to ride through the store; children with sometimes leaky diapers, leaving residue of urine and feces on the cart. I stop at the door and wipe down the handle and fold up that little basket. But when I check out, some cashiers pull down the basket and put my bread or tortillas or fruit or whatever in it. I say, "please don't," and the other day I was shot a hateful look as I explained for the thousandth time that I almost died a few years ago from ecoli. I don't want it again. I got it from either Walmart or Panda Express, but most likely Walmart, which I've boycotted since 2010 from either the spinach or from feces in the basket that got on my food. The cashiers either get annoyed with me or they understand and apologize. But Sam's goes through cashiers so often that I haven't been able to train anyone about the baskets and the health hazards they present. Hence, the reason for this review. Now on to why I love Sam's. I buy most of my electronics at the store. They offer great prices and with my membership the warranty is automatically increased to 3 years. Sam's offers some organic produce. They've just started carrying organic apples, which I love. When everyone else ran out of green tea, Sam's stocked giant boxes of not only green tea, but an organic option. Yay!! On holidays or special occasions I cook a ham for my husband. Sam's has a ham that's in a gold foil wrapper that my husband loves. I mix a little bit of the sugar with some Captain Morgan and pour it on top before cooking as per instructions. It's hubs's favorite. In the specialty cheese aisle, they have an aged cheddar in a black wrapper. I believe it's Tillamook or something similar. It's the only cheese that doesn't make my daughter sick. She has a dairy allergy. Though I'm not a fan of cheese as mostly vegan, this cheese is the only kind I feed to my family. Because I have the business plus membership, I have the option to shop at 7am and beat the crowds and I get a surprise once a year where I get the cost of my membership back in free purchases. I love that bonus, which usually happens at around Christmas. There are many aspects of Sam's that I love. I could write a book on every great product and service that Sam's offers. I knocked off a star for the two reasons listed above - constantly rotating door greeters and rude cashiers who get agitated or look at me like I'm being picky because I don't want feces on my food. Sam's Club provides bulk shopping discounts for Okies as there is no Costco in Oklahoma. I was envious of the minimal (no wait) gas line compared to the typical Costco experience. However, Costco does offer food sampling during all hours and days compared to Sam's. Perhaps I arrived late on Sunday as there was no one offering food samples. But I give it up to Sam's for serving Nathan's hot dogs unlike Costco. Yet both stores offer pop (Okie slang for soda) with their hot dog combo's. So who do I prefer between Costco and Sam's? Costco all the way! I don't mind waiting 10 to 20 minutes to fill up gas at Costco as I know they'll be free food samples waiting for me in the store. :) read more

Lowest prices in city for bulk food buying. Great selection of frozen food. We go through phases in our food binges: corn dogs and panini's, wings and pizza, shrimp scampi burritos and taquitos. Chicken piccata we've yet to get tired of. The reason I'm writing though are the hot dogs at the front flood stand. Hebrew National, with free sauerkraut on request or with chili and cheese. The dog is less than $1.50. Mix this with the amazing grazing available on weekends and you won't come away hungry. read more
