    Can I say how much I hate this location!!! I hate this location. I'm a veteran and the service they provide to the military community is inadequate. I've had a membership for almost 20 years and every single time I go in to purchase something they ask if I'd like to upgrade. Well, one day a couple of months ago I did just that and today I'm paying for that mistake. My membership is due and I'd like to pay for it at the register as I check out but I'm told the membership price is double because I upgraded. Well, I've decided I really don't need the upgrade it hasn't been useful for my families needs. So I'm told once I check I need to go to customer service to make changes. I stand in line with customer service and plead my case to three people my husband is in the car with the dog can I just pay ... nope it has to be your husband. Ladies and gentlemen how is it I can spend money to make changes with upgrade but can't spend money to change membership. I'm out done. I'm seriously considering the benefits of a membership at Costco!!! How bout dat!!!???!!!

    Ordered new washer dryer and connection kit from Sam's Club over a month ago. I was called a week later, it's in and delivery was set. Next call, only one item is in, will call back and reschedule when second item is delivered. Week later, still no call. We called around trying to get a number for the warehouse. Sam's Club was no help in the situation. Finally, received a callback, everything was rescheduled. Oops, sorry we made a mistake. Yes, you were told that delivery and hook up as well as stacking ( with your kit) and removal of all appliances would be included in the price you paid. So, I have a new washer and dryer, sitting in the middle of my living room. Was delivered, but, no one would touch the gas line. Okay, been around 6 weeks and I'm still looking for anyone to finish the lousy job Sam's Club started. Still upset but thanks for letting me get it off my chest.

    Have been railroaded in to using this Sam's for years because of its vicinity to work. Customer service apart from the Bakery is nonexistent. Connie, a manager even, was absolutely unhelpful and uncaring. You can tell that the employees are not cognizant that there are paying customers who might have questions and deserve to be treated with care.

    They have the best avocados and pineapples! Fresh produce in general! I love the fact I can buy gourmet cheeses in bulk as well as bread, eggs, and my very picky poodles favourite all natural chicken jerky treats! The meats are also very high in quality and they even sell chicken breast in bulk in individual packages so you can freeze and thaw whenever you want! This Sam's Club location is by far my favorite one, it's always clean and of course has what most people want in bulk!

    Stopped here for gas & shopping on our vacation. Store was well stocked & friendly staff assisted us on locating a few items & checking out.

    Basing this review off comparing the Okc north store and here. I feel like this location is not as…read morenice. The lady that checked us out was not very friendly and kind of gave us some attitude when she asked my boyfriend about if he had the military tax exempt on his account already. Yes we've been shopping for years with it. That's how we knew to tell you about it before you ring anything up. There as something about her that was very booty-hole-ish. I said thank you and she didn't say anything back. We love Costco and always have a good experience, but we will not be coming back to the Moore location again. This location is hard to drive to also. There's so much traffic trying to get through the nearby traffic lights by the highway. You have to hope someone is nice and lets you merge over with your blinker on. The OKC location has always been friendly and they talk to us like we are family. Costco always has great deals, so it's hard to takeoff a star, but customer service is really important.

She likes to get the butcher to sell her the tube of hamburger and we go home and separate it in several packages to freeze. I sometimes like to get the roasted chicken , but we live all the way in Mustang , so I'm not driving all this way just to get one. Things that I've wanted to buy in the electronics they never have like the DJi Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Pack or the DJi Nano. This location is always so busy that I really don't like going here to shop for just a few items. It's just not worth the aggravation. The pizza slices are better than Sam's Club and I don't like shopping there either. I hate that Kroger stopped delivering to Oklahoma , it was cheaper and convenient.

    We dropped into Restaurant Depot today while out running errands. It'd been on my list for quite…read moresome time, but today found me in the neighborhood and with the time on my hands. Plenty of stuff to shop for, both food and hard goods. Prices seems mostly cheaper that the Sams/Costco tiers, with some being more but mostly being less. Staff were really friendly and explained the membership options to us. The place was squeaky clean and well organized, despite the amount of stock being shelved. I plan on coming back now that I have a feel for the layout and what they offer.

I…read moresigned up online for a membership and brought in the requested documents to have my membership card printed before I shopped. Upon arriving, the manager checked my documents, and informed me that there was a problem with the card printer. He said I could go ahead and shop using the barcode.I was given via email after signing up for the membership online. The barcode was all I needed to get in the store and check out anyway, but if I wanted a printed card, I could request it the next time I returned. Okay, no problem. As it's the first day of the month, there are new sales and deals, but apparently those aren't updated in real time. I had no idea what the prices would be for several items because the previous month's price was still listed. But, it's 7 am on a Saturday, so I can deal. No problem. Going to check out was another new experience. I didn't realize helping the cashier was off-limits. As I usually do at a check out, I proceeded to group the items together, trying to make them easy to count. As the cashier started to scan my strawberries, I told her I had two packs, at which point she informed me that she was perfectly capable of doing it all, and that I should go stand out of the way. OK, no problem. As I was leaving, the manager who had helped me when I first arrived informed me that the card printer was now working and I could go back by the customer service desk to have it printed before leaving. This is where my encounter went from. "OK this place is just a little nuanced" to "why in the world did I even bother getting this membership and why would I ever return?" The woman behind the desk (name pronounced Dajanelle, uncertain of spelling) asked me what I needed. I informed her that I needed to get my membership card printed, that the gentleman from before said the printer wasn't working then but is now functioning so I could get it before I left. The next 10 minutes were filled with confusing instructions and unclear questions from her that I couldn't answer to her satisfaction such that she informed that I was clearly confused and had no idea what she's talking about (ya think?!). She even went so far as to tell me that she is the secretary and the man who helped me before is "just a manager and has no idea what in the world he's doing anyway". I told her I had frozen and refrigerated items that I needed to get home and asked if I could just do the card the next time I return, since I've already checked out (and obviously don't even need the cad anyway). She insisted that was impossible and I was required to stay and fill out more paperwork (same stuff you fill out online no less). Willfully obstinant, petulant, and rude would sum up her behavior this morning. The prices for food items are on par with Costco and the restaurant supplies are priced similarly to Metro Restaurant Supply which is just a few blocks away (no membership needed). Both of those establishments actually appreciate their customers and treat them like they're welcome which sincerely begs the question of why I would ever go back here. Things that make you go hmmm....
