First time at this location to ask for a tire pressure check and status of my wheels. The gentleman doing the service was very kind, asked me some questions about the vehicle. As he completed the service, he gave me the recommended timeline for the treadwear and age of my tires. Turns out, not just tread wear, but the age of your tires is important when making that appointment to purchase new tires for your vehicle. Learn something new everyday! I appreciate the free$0 tire pressure service, and I insist on tipping the individual each time. Sunday morning, my car made a sound you never want to hear. It was the low hum of the engine not turning over. Finally it did and I knew exactly what the problem was...my battery was dying. Frantically, I searched for a repair shop that was open on a Sunday. I called Auto Zone...they wouldn't help. I called another place, they had a 3-4 hour wait. Then I was rescued by the amazing people of Firestone on Convoy!!! *Cue heavenly music* I explained my problem over the phone and a completely articulate person explained to me what they could do and how long it would take. You guys...the whole process took less than an hour and a half. These guys are good! I hustled down there and while my car was being worked on I was able to walk around the Costco Business Center and Target. My friend confirmed an appointment for a car inspection for me for 5pm today. I wanted to get a used car inspected before buying it. She recieved the appointment confirmation at 1pm. We drove in 30 minutes of traffic to get to the 5 pm appointment, and when we arrived, to our surprise, they had cancelled our appointment. They claimed they called and emailed her to cancel but that was news to us! We didn't have any missed calls or emails, even in spam/junk. They said that they don't take appointments after 5pm. That was news to us because the website allowed us to schedule it. When we informed them that we never were notified that they cancelled the appointment, it didn't matter to them. We also let them know that we rearranged our schedule today just for this appointment. We asked if they could still do the inspection anyways because my friend is a former mechanic and she knows that an inspection only takes about 20 mins. The receptionist went to the back to ask the techs if they were all right with that. When he returned, he said that the techs were not OK with conducting the inspection at 5 pm. We thought to ourselves, "Oh, that must mean that they're busy, right?" Nope! When we walked back out to our car, we saw multiple techs just playing on their phones and washing their cars in the back. Don't come to this location. Don't waste your time. They'll cancel your appointment without telling you. They also tried to upsell us on the inspection cost for a future appointment. The receptionist here told us that it cost $20 for an inspection. But we know from a different firestone location that it only cost $10 for an inspection. read more

I called them to get a quote on an alignment and when I went there the quote was higher I went ahead and paid and then thought about it and called the manager later Brandon and he immediately understood and told me to come on by to get a refund which was very refreshing mistakes can happen and I'm glad that a manager will resolve them immediately! read more

One item on my list unfortunately needs to be rescheduled due to the technician's call out that day for the specific service in question. Other than that, Brandon was very helpful, answered my questions, and provided more details when I had more inquiries. Fun Fact: Firestone apparently produced the first synthetic rubber tire! ------ Been here a few times and everyone is super duper nice. However, this place can also get quite busy. I called a week in advance to book an appt for a tire rotation (reasonably priced) and came on the scheduled day and time. The gentleman could not locate my appt in the system, but was able to confirm as call logs were in the system. They were overbooked, and I made it a pt. to squeeze me in due to the scheduled appointment. It looks like there was a chance, I would need to reschedule but the gentleman helped get me in. The waiting room is nice and big with multiple chairs & a TV. Everything was serviced as expected - quick and easy. read more

Currently go here for my car's lifetime wheel alignment over the years, and on a Sunday, my vehicle reaching 100k, gave me my first blinking overheating red light. Eventually, it became a solid red light. Slowly made my way there with frequent stops, and Mebratu, and their technician Nate, was able to assess, diagnose and give an estimate. They were knowledgeable, personable and showed me it was a leaking radiator after the diagnosis. I'm so glad it wasn't a blown gasket. THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT WITHOUT TELLING ME My friend was looking to buy a car and we found a good one 45 minutes away. I made an apt with Firestone for an inspection at 5pm since that was available on their website. I made the appointment at 1 and got the confirmation. But when we got there... our appointment had been canceled. They said they tried to call. This was a huge shock since I had no email, missed call, or spam saying it had been canceled. The shop wasn't closing for another hour. There were no cars in the bay and I asked if they could just do the inspection since it doesn't take anywhere near an hour (I was a lube tech for years) and they said they wouldn't do it because they closed in an hour.. meanwhile One of the techs was detailing his own car in the back, and the others were sitting down on their phones and showing each other videos. Also when I asked how much an inspection would be if I were to come back... I was quoted double what I paid at their other location while looking at another car LAST NIGHT. I think it's because I had a man with me yesterday but not today. They should not offer appointments at 5 if the techs dont work and just sit there the last hour of their shifts. read more

Needed an alignment post haste after hubby did the ball joints on the truck. We usually frequent a Firestone closer to our house but took a chance on the way home from an appointment to visit this convoy location. Upon entering to finish, Jericho took care of us. With grandma and child in tow I thought we could camp out for a bit and then Uber to a place to eat while they worked on the car, which was possibly up to two hours; no problem I said. Came in for an oil change for the second time. Walked in and thankful was able to be seen with an 1.5 hr wait (7/19). When my oil change was finished I drove away and felt a knocking in the breaks and a loud engine sound. I returned right away and expressed my concerns. I was asked if that sound and rattle was present before my visit. No absolutely not! They didn't have an open bay for them to lift the vehicle and take a look then and there and was told to return. I had them put a note in my file about the issue. I also had the front desk person ( I believe Daniel) put my car in drive and reverse and he felt the knocking. I made an appointment to be seen Friday 7/21. Regardless, This afternoon I opened the hood to check oil levels because of the sounds and rattles only to find the FILTER just sitting out of the intake! The total carelessness of their techs and mechanics is extremely unprofessional and deplorable. This was supposed to be a simple routine oil change, I'll never come back. I came in because I have a nail in my front passenger tire. I just got new aftermarket 20" Polished Black Step Lip WORK wheels that I have been waiting for 8 months (due to covid) last month. After getting my car back I see small scratch on my wheel! These wheel are not cheap! Carlton, the guy who worked on my wheel denied that it was him who scratched my wheel. This place wouldn't have been my first choice. I found a great deal on tires through eBay and all the charges are included (labor, balance, installation), but the thing is, they're only affiliated with PepBoys and mostly Firestone. So I chose this Firestone on convoy. The website initially said my tires would arrive on the weekend but the tracking number said they would get there sooner, so I called Firestone to ask if the tires arrive early, can I change my appt to a sooner one. I spoke with Meb over the phone and he was rude with me, and very short (I guess he had other things to do). He said I could come in sooner and then quickly hung up the phone. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm not a human being just because I am a female and this is the vibe I got. Funny how in person, he was a lot nicer to me lol I will not be going back there. Other than that, the Team did a great job installing my tires! And side note that Jericho was very sweet, checked in with me multiple times on the status of my car and was respectful. read more

All I requested was a simple oil change and air filter service. After getting my car back "2 hours later: after a one o'clock appointment (because all the technicians went to lunch) I checked my air filter and the same DIRTY air filter was still in the car! I was charged $48.99 for a new one and was told the technician "did not see it" on the work order. All my tire air valve caps were barely on by a thread or two... at least they were on there, my other vehicle had two mis-matched ones installed instead of my own, I can't even be sure they actually changed the oil filter! The store manager Victor was not there but I plan on bringing this too his attention! I thank heaven (and other bad reviews) that I chose not to take my other vehicle to them for a full tune-up! Brought my car in twice and was turned away twice due to a engine maintenance notification on my dashboard. The first time I was turned away because they swore it was just needing a oil change even though I repeatedly told them I'm not due, so I took it to valvoline just to be sure which come to find out my oil was good. So I decided to make another appointment and Google what may be the problem, which I found was the coolant bypass valve needing to be replaced so I made the change appointment to replace it. Upon arriving to my second appointment the employee, different from the first visit, states again that the problem is a oil change. After I explain to him the situation several times and he turns me away and says he would not feel comfortable with his mechanics taking the car as it says to take it to the dealer. Both times they never even bothered to take a look at it or do a inspection on my car. So I take it to a dealership only to find out the problem was needing to change my coolant bypass valve which I mentioned to them various times and they responded to me as if I was dumb and didn't know what I was taking about. Replacing the coolant bypass valve is a service they offer but for some reason they did not bother to provide me service or do their due diligence and even take a look at my car. I will not be going to Firestone again for any service. read more

I had asked another auto care place to rotate my tires when I got an oil change and the owner said that he didn't do it because I needed my tires changed soon anyway, yet at Firestone they rotated them and let me know that the tires were in good condition and no where near needing them changed. I didn't expect to be spending any time at a tire shop...but that stupid little "low tire" light flashed at me as I was leaving the Costco. I contemplated making it home (20 miles)....but saw the Firestone sign and decided to pull in. Good thing I did, that stupid tire was at 9 PSI! They fit me into their schedule in no time at all, were able to repair the problem as well as check all of the other tires out. They also didn't try to sell me anything RIGHT NOW, allowing me to think on it...and allowing me to get my frozen groceries home. We have gone here for years and may continue do so moving forward. Their lifetime alignment and wheel balancing plans are outstanding! With the city doing such a dismal, and pathetic, job on our street repair, we are getting our money's worth. The reason for four stars is because of the four tires I bought there. They are Firestone all-weather tires that I was told were the best for hybrids - I have a Prius. The cost was $130 per tire or $520 for all four of them. Yet somehow, including a new lifetime balancing charge and a bunch of other fees, my bill was just under $800. I am 76 years old and a Navy Veteran, but neither of those seemed to matter for getting any discounts. And I was told that there was a coupon worth several dollars, but when I got home and looked it up, that promotion was already expired. Where before this, I trusted them completely and never even questioned what they wanted to do. However, moving forward, I will do much more due diligence and shop around. Trust is a delicate thing: easy to erode and difficult to restore. The people at the front desk are nice enough and, so far, I have no complaints on their work. Their pricing however is now subject to careful review and competitive shopping. read more

Friendly no hassle customer service, 100% accuracy with proposed timelines, but a couple slip ups with cost projections. They may not have your specific tire in stock but its highly likely they can get it shipped here and installed on your vehicle on the same day. I called at 9:00am, they had the tires in at 1:00pm, and I had my car back by 4:00pm. Usually they can have tires installed in a few hours but this worked perfectly with my timeline since it was a chill Saturday morning. Regarding the cost projections: -They were not forthcoming with the quote on the tires before I scheduled the apt over the phone, I had to ask for the quote deliberately, kind of scammy. -They did not say the alignment was not included in the quote until I arrived in person, so the extra $99 dollars was a bit of a shock. 4 Firestone Indy 500's installed with alignment was $781. I think this is pretty average if not a bit below market rate, (depending on the tire of course). All in all pretty seamless. I will probably come back if i stick with this tire. read more
