Omar, the lube technician, is always the one helping me out, and he gets me right every single time. His attitude and demeanor are top-tier. Honestly, if every lube tech worked like him, car maintenance would feel like VIP service. I always recommend asking for him when you can, because he gets the job done fast, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel clueless (even when I definitely am). I got serviced today by Trung and he was kind and service was quick. For the price I pay the value is top tier. They not only change ny oil check put air in my tires (bf and male coworkers have been telling me they are low) but they check steering fluid, brake fluid and brakes. So I always come back to Jiffy in general but this location was patient in explaining things and kind and FAST! so Ill come back here in a few weeks to try the brake services and update this review in a month to say how my cars driving :) read more
