I was not in a rush, but I felt ignored as a customer who was ready to purchase a vehicle that day. I could see other associates had no customers , but yet no one else could assist me After waiting for an hour, the associate told me he could not help me and had another representative, Kirk, assist with the test drive. Kirk seemed confused and bothered by the situation, so I had to explain my goals to him. I was only able to test drive one vehicle and was told I could just look at the other parked next to it, which did not help me make my decision. When I asked Kirk for the clear-cut price of the 2026 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD, he insisted on appraising my current vehicle. Although I explained that I was undecided on a trade-in and simply wanted the vehicle price, he became pushy and demanding and said rudely what difference does it make. My trade-in was appraised anyway, which I had specifically asked not to be done. Ultimately, I felt dismissed and talked down to. Kirk handed me a pricing sheet that was over $5,000 higher than other dealerships, and there was no further attempt to communicate with me or show me the other available inventory. I thanked him, shook his hand, and left. The following morning, I visited a different Honda dealership and purchased the exact vehicle I wanted, with additional features, for over $7,000 less.

I had no problem with that so I backed out and let them in front of me. Then 2 more bays opened up and 2 cars that I was ahead of pulled in. I got out of my car and to asked why I wasn't next and they said they where having troubles there was only one employee down stairs working on all 4 bays. Their reply had nothing to do with my question as to why they moved me and then didn't pull me in ahead for the people behind me. I was told to swing by the day before to talk to Justin, the service foreman, to determine if anything can be done as a stopgap until repairs can be made. Justin came up with a game plan, but he knew he'd be off the when I brought the car in, so he talked to Robert and some other guys who were on that day about the game plan. They agreed that bolting the bumper to the frame would keep it secure and follow inspection requirements. When I showed up to get the work done, Noah was looped into the plan, and the 3 of those guys literally saved my sanity and ability for my daughter and me to get to work while our insurance company now battles with the trucking company. Robert was the guy who made the repair that allowed them to proceed with the inspection. After 11 days of getting ignored and being given the run around by Western Express trucking, I seriously could have hugged all 3 of them and when they lent a hand. My husband and I have always had excellent service from your dealership, but these 3 men went above and beyond yesterday at a time of great need, and I can't thank them enough.

My wife took the car in to address the safety issues they failed to either own or remedy. Within 1 mile of leaving the service department, my wife driving noticed the hood of the car undulating at 40mph. She pulled over and discovered the hood only secondary latched and not closed all the way. After calling to report this, their rep called u and said "they were never under the hood" so if you you want a picture of what dealing with them will look like, this is it. I'm done with them.

I took the car back in because it was making a weird noise still and apparently that is what it was. my car is still making noises but we are taking it somewhere else because we just don't want to deal with them anymore.

My son had never dealt with getting work done on his car so he was a bit anxious (kids today aren't great communicators unless it is with other gamers on line). I showed up shortly after 8 on a Monday and they were already busy. Several people were in the waiting area/lobby and two were ahead of me in line. The staff worked quickly to get through every customer and in a friendly and professional manner. You can tell the owners really make an effort to be personable and make connections with their customers. My inspection lasted about 35 minutes and unfortunately I didn't pass. They explained every detail to me and called me later to provide a quote for the service. It seemed like the prices for parts and labor were fair. They were upfront with me when I asked a series of clarifying questions and helpful in determining the best path to take. I'll certainly be a repeat customer. Note: they do have dogs in the lobby/waiting area. So, if you're allergic or not fond of them, maybe find a different mechanic.
