My first visit here was for a safety inspection. I called ahead and was told to come Monday through…read moreFriday between 8 and 9am. The inspections are done on a first come first served basis. I showed up shortly after 8 on a Monday and they were already busy. Several people were in the waiting area/lobby and two were ahead of me in line. The staff worked quickly to get through every customer and in a friendly and professional manner. You can tell the owners really make an effort to be personable and make connections with their customers. My inspection lasted about 35 minutes and unfortunately I didn't pass. They explained every detail to me and called me later to provide a quote for the service. It seemed like the prices for parts and labor were fair. They were upfront with me when I asked a series of clarifying questions and helpful in determining the best path to take. I'll certainly be a repeat customer. Note: they do have dogs in the lobby/waiting area. So, if you're allergic or not fond of them, maybe find a different mechanic.

Went there for an oil change and new air filter,service performed. When I left my truck went into…read morelimp mode almost immediately. Living only a few minutes away, I drove home, I opened the hood and found that they did not re-install the air intake boot. I called them immediately to let them know there was a problem. I took the truck back and they reconnected the air boot but the problem did not go away and they had no idea how to fix it. Being my work truck, I told them I was taking it to the dealership to have it fixed. The dealership found that because the air boot had not been reinstalled, it caused the computer to go into regen mode and needed to be fixed. 380.00 for the repair and lost a days work because of the negligence. I tried to reach the manager at the Express Lube calling 4 times over 3 days. No return call from him. One of the service techs finally called me back 4 days later tell me the manager said the he wasn't going to do anything about it. I filed a small claims suit and will be going to court tomorrow to have the judge hear the case. Do not let them get away with damaging your vehicle. If they do, you should file a claim against them. It's easy enough to do and worth it. They need to be called out and held responsible. I will update this after the hearing tomorrow to post the results.

Then I am told whoever did my oil change last had broken my engine oil filter cap and it will need to be replaced. Little did the shop know that that was actually a brand new engine oil filter cap that I had watched be replaced by the last oil change place after they had broken it as well. Manager then proceeds to call around and can't seem to find anyone that has one and of course no one around can get one till Tuesday. This is Sunday. After all this I'm called to the counter to pay and am told the new oil filter cap is going to be $270 and they will have it Tuesday. But wait says the manager I can discount that and take it down to $170 mind you I've already looked up the part and can see it is only $72.99 at AutoZone. So I am the. Told it would be best if I just go buy the part and I can bring it back in for them to fix. Sounds like a sweet gig, break someone's stuff then send them off to get the part and to pay for it after you tried to up charge by $200. And so I pay my bill $110 for oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Walk out to truck hoping the now broken oil filter isn't going to leak on my way home I happen to notice that my tires have not been rotated at all which I'm sure in turn means no sort of inspection was probably done. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Looking back I thank god that they didn't perform any other services or touch my lug nuts.

Took tire off covered it is soapy water to find the air leak and it was between the tire and rim. I took tire back in assuming there some corrosion on rim that wasn't cleaned off properly allowing air tight seal. they came back and showed me 1/4 inch slice in my tire right above where I found it to be leaking at the rim/tire. There is absolutely no way I missed that large of a slice with soapy water even my father was helping me and he didn't see it either. I'm convinced they didn't want to fix the original issue so stabbed a screw driver in my sidewall to get it out their hair. shady and I'll never give them my business again

Total was $49.85 for synthetic oil blend for a minivan, with a $7.00 coupon found online. They were able to advise me knowledgeably on various oil types and what would be best for my van and why. I was informed about the wear on my tires and the condition of my windshield wipers. I was outta there within 15 minutes. All in all, excellent service except they did not remember to check the blinker fluid.
